Alex is always great when i visit The Vapory!

Bought an already broken vape from there, I told the guy it wasn't working proper,he sluffed me off?? Bought a couple e juices, didn't notice till I got home,the strength was way off, although I specified the strength?? Then gave it one more go,asked for no mint product.....guess what? Got a mint product. The guy was nice enough to replace it,but I mean ..serious??

Hearing about my son's experience at this store really upset me. How could you let somebody work in an environment liek this when they aren't kind or talk ell if others. The management should really do something about it.

If I could give your customer service and vibe 0 stars I would the staff working today is not very nice and has an off attitude. Definitely not the way you should act in a workplace trying to sell products to people.

I come in this shop often and seemed to not have any good experiences. Todays scenario, I came in with a friend that is a regular. I totally understood it’s fair for him not to serve us because she forgot her ID at home. It was the fact we were friendly coming in and asking normal questions and he was short and when i forgot my ID. He could have acted more professional, and we would have been fine with that but he just walked away into the back without saying a word. Overall one of the staff member’s is nice and kind, I hope to see more of this towards people. They don’t deserve to be treated unkindly even with asking him questions, It came off condescending.

Not sure what the clerks deal was, came in being very friendly. He randomly started being short with me, didn’t ask for my membership or anything. I still ended up purchasing something but never again. Do better please ( this was Sunday December 19th) go to royal vape instead...

UPDATE: Not sure what happened but since my previous review customer service here has improved drastically. Super friendly and proactive attitude, excellent loyalty program. Highly recommend.The guy that works here is nice and straight forward. Lovely juices. Don't expect a conversation or a huge selection however. More of a know what you want grab it and go kinda location.

Best Vape store I have been in so far. The staff member Alex was extremely nice and knowledgeable as he provided considerable information during the first call and also spent more time teaching me to build my first RTA. Fantastic customer service! They also have a broad selection of E-Juice with good prices. Would highly recommend visiting this store if you're nearby.

The Vapory is consistently the best vape shop I frequent, going literally above and beyond every time I go in. They've got impeccable customer service and unbelievably kind and funny staff who are laid-back, knowledgeable, and whom always remember what I get, what I need, and whom always remind me to get my points. They've helped me out of a million jams when I've invariably lost and broken several Vapes and tanks and they've got pretty decent selection too. I highly recommend this shop.Cheers!
