Stopped by late after the Whitecaps game, and I have to admit I was pleased with the service at this location. They offered me a complimentary coffee while I was waiting for the pizza.

Ordered an All Fuel Up Combo from them on a food delivery service. I called to ask if they would change the 2L coke to a Diet Coke. They Obliged and even asked what I was going to order - they wanted to make sure they had all the food that I wanted to order.In terms of food - it was fine. Its what you would expect from fast food.

Don't advertise 24/7 hot food if unable to deliver to those standards. Tried going in, wasn't able to get hot food, tried calling in an order, no hot food. Tried getting an order through uber eats, wasn't able to get food. I live a block away from this location and work late night and hope to get some food. Always disappointed. Very rude staff at night. I understand that cleanings need to be done, but don't advertise 24/7 hot food". I also understand you don't want to keep food out in the window late at night

7-11 likes to charge $11 for something that should be $7. Case in point? 4L of milk.

I placed an order on uber eats just now on October 6 (around 4:30am). The employee working is super nice and helpful. I called in to ask if they have a certain medicine available and he was even ready to help with the ingredients of the medicine. I also got a GET WELL SOON note on the bag :)Thank you for cheering me up!

Super unsatisfied and dissapointed with their service. I ordered a Tuna Salad Sandwhich from uber and they ended up sending me a Egg Salad Sandwhich that was opened and half eatten. It was very disgusting how they would miss this and send it to me.

as i walked into the store, i was greeted by one of the staff with a hello, which was nice. on this visit, 4 customers were in front of me but the line moved relatively quickly. as i paid for my stuff, it's not exactly service with a smile but i got my stuff in a timely matter with good value and that's all that matters. got the vanilla coffee with my mug and it tasted great. there were still plenty of coffee toppings available in the evening time which i like. They even had some hazelnut creamer which i never seen before. Also bought 7 eleven speakout airtime using the receipt and it worked fine. In the past there used to be some shady looking people standing outside when i visited this location but looks like they don't anymore which is great. no problems here, I'll be back for more coffee.

The front lady (employee) doesn’t even know how to serve customers. She has been keep waiting Uber driver while order was already ready. She is very disrespectful and argues with customers without apology.

Since Uber Eats cant let me leave a review its going here.After 2 delivery drivers flaked, causing the order to get cancelled, half of the order never showed, apparently getting cancelled by the store. drinks showed up but NONE of the food without any word on why they are not delivering the food. It seems that the store isn't prepared for orders at this time nor can it communicate if things are unavailable. Sorley dissapointed in this outcome even though its rated 4.1 stars on uber eats
