We came into the Visitor Information Centre when we arrived in Orangeville. We expected to pick up a few pamphlets and we on our way. Little did we know how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. They spent a good 35 minutes (or more) with us and provided us with many maps, routes, tips and recommendations.Very professional but relatable staff.

We were in the Orangeville area on the weekend and stopped in for advice. The customer service woman was very helpful and we had a great weekend thanks to all your suggestions.

I visited the Orangeville Visitor Information Centre on October 20, 2020, and it was a great experience!! It was my first time in historic and picturesque Orangeville, and Susan couldn't have been better giving me numerous pamphlets and information on the things to see and do in the area!! When I told her I enjoyed hiking and nature, she recommended Mono Cliffs Provincial Park and The Badlands, both of which were awesome experiences. She also recommended driving down Forks of the Credit Road which is a beautiful drive - especially during the fall colours!! Thank you very much, Susan, since you helped make my visit much more memorable!! I will definitely be back someday!!
