Took my 3 year old here for her first dentist check up… the experience was amazing. Our hygienist was so patient and explained every step to my daughter so that she wouldn’t be scared. Dr Slamka was also very kind and gentle! Front desk staff was also great to work with from booking the appointment to cashing out… highly recommend

Dr Ian Tester is amazing! No one else could fix my TMJ, I've never seen another dentist treat a patient holistically. Wonderful skill level, professionalism and manner.

I've been going to the GDC since I was a wee lass. Dr.Tester has the most beautiful eyes to stare dreamily into. In fact, I look for excuses to have my teeth cleaned because he is just so wonderful.

I've been a patient here for years and have always had excellent service. Bringing my daughters here for the first time this past week is what motivated me to write a review. Their experience began with their hygienist Tina. She did a great job explaining everything to them, engaged them in conversation and encouraged them when getting x-rays of their teeth was challenging. When we returned a few days later to have cavities filled we met with Dr. Janzen and the hygienist Tara. They did so much to ease the obvious nervousness my daughter was feeling. They had a warm and encouraging demeanor and explained everything to her in simple ways so she understood what was going to happen. There was no discussion or seeing of a needle, just the information that he was going to use a tool to poke her guns and wiggle her lip to make sure she couldn't feel anything (aka here comes a big needle into your little mouth!) There was no mention of a drill just a water blaster that was demonstrated (without the drill bit) so she could hear the sound and see the water blasting out that was going to clean her tooth! Everything was explained so well, my daughter didn't realize all the unpleasant things happening in her mouth! I definitely appreciate all of their efforts to make this experience as painless as possible for my six year old. Well done!

Went in for a check up and a minor tooth filling. Wait times are with in reason and the staff are a treat. Dentist is a treasure. Thank you so much. I feel much better now, and the process was not painful at all. Very happy! 100% recommend you stop by for check ups.

Glendale Dental office is the friendliest dental office I have ever been in. They all make you feel so welcome and special. We are new to the area and are so fortunate to have Dr. Tester as our dentist. He is gentle, kind and empathetic. His efficient assistant compliments his practice, she posses much of the same qualities.

I used to come here as a child and teen, but hadn't been in a decade, until today. Everyone I interacted with was awesome! The receptionist feels like a friend. She's so friendly and welcoming (but not overbearing, don't worry Fellow Introverts). The hygienist made me feel so comfortable, both physically and emotionally. She was caring, as well as very friendly. The dentist was friendly, kind, and caring as well. She made me feel comfortable, she handled my worries and insecurities with so much care and comfort. She was very reassuring and considerate.Basically, the experience is enough to make you actually want to go to the dentist again.

Great dentists, but I am surprised that they aren’t even giving out a free toothbrush or something else at your visit considering the cost the patient incurs. I understood when Covid was rampant, but there must be new cost cutting measures in place now !
