The best hotel experience so far! It's a new hotel and you can see that in how clean and modern everything is. The rooms are stylish and spacious. LOVE the bathroom - so smart to have the shampoo/body wash bottles in the shower. Nice continental breakfast and the staff are so friendly! The gym has a lot of options and it's the nicest hotel gym I've been to! Will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

I really enjoyed my stay here. This is a well thought out hotel from the rooms to the breakfast area. The room is very comfortable, including the bed. It's close enough to the highway but in a quiet area. I'd definitely stay again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Prob one of the best we have ever had. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming, the manager on duty was sure to greet me right away to let me know they resolved a mix up that I never even knew had happened because they got it figured all out before we even arrived. Every single staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were very accommodating to our cheer team. Some members used the lobby at night for pizza and socializing and for the short period of time we joined them in the lobby the front desk staff made it clear they could help with anything needed and to ask for anything we may need. The hotel is very new, clean and modernized. The rooms were spacious, equipped with mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave (which seem to be very hit and miss in hotel rooms lately.) there was a 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby which was so convenient to use. The breakfast and options were amazing. My daughter loved the waffle maker and all the options for toppings. When we went to the pool we noticed there were no more pool towels so we let the front staff know and they immediately came and restocked them after our request. Check out was simple, check out staff were friendly. When my daughter and her friend came back in last minute for some snacks to purchase they were super generous with them and my daughter was over the moon. If we ever have a reason to come back to Kingston we would stay nowhere else but here. Not one complaint.keep up the great work!

This hotel takes care of the most important elements of hospitality which is cleaning standards and comfort. It’s a newer hotel so it’s quite modern and clean. The rooms are well sized and provide all the expected comforts. The beds are semi firm and the linens are bright white and fresh. The room is well equipped and the bathroom is well designed. I’m not a fan of toiletries in pump dispensers and rain shower heads but it’s not a huge deal either. Really not a fan of sliding bathroom doors which do not lock. The location is easily accessible from the 401 and convenient to Tim Hortons right next door and LCBO and Food Basics right across the street. Overall, good value for dollar compared with hotels downtown and on the waterfront.

The hotel is new hotel and it was very clean and organized. Very good continental breakfast and the staff are so friendly. Sam from breakfast section constantly refill the food. The gym was very well equipped. It is close to restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to downtown and it s very nice walk along the water to downtown. Highly recommend

Both the front staff as well as housekeeping were super friendly and sweet towards me and my partner during our many stays. Anytime I had an issue or forgot something at home, they were more than happy to supply the items I needed!The amenities like the gym and the pool were kept clean and stocked up on supplies. The rooms were clean and tidy, plus I found there to be alot of storage space for clothing in the King Suite. Breakfast was always different each day, with different meats, eggs and side options!Overall, me and my partner will be booking this hotel every time we visit Kingston!

Brand new rooms, great room layout, comfortable bed, very clean, really great breakfast, convenient location and fantastic staff. Not a single complaint.

We went to this hotel for a hockey tournament with a group of 17 families and their 9 and 10 year old kids for the OMHA finals. The staff at this property were amazing! Everyone from front desk, the Manager, the team working at the breakfast, and even the security guy! We loved them all. They all took the time to wish us luck or help out in any way. Super accommodating and just all-around friendly!! Thanks so much!!

The Hampton Inn in Kingston opened in July 2022, and as a result, it has many great amenities and looks very fresh. Our room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated having a microwave (and mini fridge) in the room. The shower was roomy and worked well. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool, which was very relaxing. The pool is not huge but also wasn't too busy so we had a great time. There are a number of accessibility features in the hotel, such as a lever in the pool area and voice-activated rooms, which were great to see. However, the best part of the stay was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional - I would return for that reason alone.The location is a 10-minute drive to downtown Kingston. There does not seem to be much around other than a grocery store and industrial park. This was fine for us as we were just passing through. We also found a few different long hairs in the pool, and felt it could be cleaned a bit better since we were in when it opened at 9am.

Fast check-in process.Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. It was one of the biggest hotel room with king bed that I stayed at so far.The room has a microwave and a big screen TV. WiFi was fast.Breakfast was excellent with many options including eggs, sausage, fresh waffle, coffee, oat meal, fruit juices, and handful of breads.
