Slow and incompetent would be the general consensus here. Iced coffee with no ice, 8 Tim bits instead of 10. No selection either

The past two times I went to this location I thought it was slower than it had ever been in the past but today took the cake! Way too slow unless ALL 8 cars in front of me ordered enough for a party but it looked like the two cars in front of me only got a coffee and donut. When I got to the window, very unfriendly. Will try to avoid this Tim's in the future. I received a response from the owner" in response to this post to discuss and make it right but no direct contact. Want me to go through general customer support and resubmit my feedback. Doesn't feel like you want to make it easy for follow-up to "make it right"."

WTH…They are closing the store before time. Drive through was supposed to open till 11 pm, they closed before 10:30pm.

I ordered a donut and several other things. It took 20 minutes for them to handle 3 cars ahead of me in the lineup. Then when I got home and opened up my donut, there was a big bite taken from it. Could even see the teeth impressions. Disgusted and disappointed. This is a clearly a management/hiring issue.

Pull up at the drive thru at 10:54pm, and while you’re ordering, the guy turns off the microphone, so you pull up at the window and he tells you that its “closing time” and you cannot order. Very interesting interaction.

Go here often and today it says you close at 11 and we were there at 10:30 it was already closed. Same thing happened a few months back where it says that you close at 7 but doors and drive thru were already closed 6:30.Edit:February 25/23 9:30pmWanted to write this review for the amazing service I received tonight. The young man at the drive thru went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and very polite. Didn’t have a chance to get his name but I’m hoping he is recognized by the manager. I included the time we went to the drive thru.

Good service good food! Bathrooms are tight and only one sink availability in the womans bathroom, they also could be cleaner. Overall it was a good experience food was fast. We walked in instead of drive thru. Enough parking and we had to change an ingredient and they were very good with that and labeling.

Absolutely terrible drinks. Ordered on 5 separate occasions (different types of drinks) because it’s on my way to work and each time they tasted watered down, burnt or just a strange soapy taste.
