CanaDream RV Rentals & Sales Toronto

No issues on my travels out east. The camping grounds were not open during my travels but that is not Canadreams fault. The RV was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the process.

Canadream has a very modern, clean and welcoming facility in Brampton. Their phone agents are lovely, calm and helpful with the process. The vehicle was clean and mostly in good order, but we did have a broken hood fan and a few minor defects that didn’t affect our comfort or safety. The people are lovely and are trying their best. Unfortunately, the pick up was not a great experience. I called beforehand and was assured 2pm would be great to get on the road so we arrived promptly, but the vehicle wasn’t ready until 4:30. I realize its tough to coordinate, but still frustrating. I would recommend just showing up as early as humanly possible vs coordinating a pick-up time as it seems like a first-come, first-served scenario. Drop off was a breeze and was completed in 10 minutes or less. Reco watching the videos beforehand for familiarity.

Had an accident and the RV was inoperable. Because there were no other RVs available we were solely responsible for all financial costs to get home, which was 1,800kms away. CanaDream provided no financial support to help us with hotel flights or transportation. Their help consisted of travel options I.e. here is a Google search result of car rentals. Be aware, if you have an accident in a CanaDream RV you are responsible to find and pay for another way home and that of all RV possessions. Buyer beware. Accidents do happen .

Myself and my partner used the CanaDream RV relocation service to travel from Calgary to Toronto over ten days and we had a great time. When we arrived in Calgary we were greeted by a staff member named Lars. Lars was so warming and friendly and went through check in with us and then brought us to our RV. The RV was so clean, easy to drive and reliable throughout our journey. Would definitely recommend and hope to use CanaDream again in the future.

Didn't end up booking the full experience due to event cancellations, but let me tell you about my experience going in to their West Drive location to ask about their services, not knowing anything about RV rentals to begin with....The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, from the moment I walked in, through to touring 2 types of RVs, I felt like a VIP. Faith met me outside with an umbrella in hand and escorted me to any vehicle I had interest in to book for the coming weekend. She made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.I had a great touring experience and learned what to ask in future for an RV booking. They ensure you have the know how to make you fully confident in utilizing their equipment and amenities. I WILL be recommending this location to colleagues who travel often. I went to this wonderful place todo some busines couple of days ago, I have been in a few places that have to do with Rv Sales, service and rental, But here, everything is so different, so organized, So clean, the Station manager (Tim) walked me to every corner of the business, and everything I observed, every Item, every Corner, every vehicle was so cleaned and organized that it has inspired me to want to be part of this place, even as a buyer and renter you will be happy to be part of this place, In every shape and manners, From the Station manger (Jim) to the service personnel all I can say is, it the best of all places I have ever been when it comes to Rv, These people products are in top of the line shapes, Cleaned, Safe and elegant, The National sales manager Tony sounds in a way that you wanna speak to him again and do business with him, the most exciting person you can ever get on the phone, ready to make you smile, I can loudly say that these people are the if not the best, one of the top best in the business...go meet them and start smiling on your way to a dream Rv vacation, for me when I am going camping, Happiness starts at the starting point in order to be a real Dream trip...CGC

First time using an RV and we had a great experience start to finish! Spoke and dealt with several great people at the Toronto office. Vehicle was ready on time, super clean and relatively new. At first glance it looked brand new, but afterwards we noticed there were some broken parts that were likely damaged from people not taking the proper precautions using the slideouts. Everything worked properly though and we had a fantastic experience. One thing they should fix is making sure that the instructional videos get out to the renters ahead of time. Luckily paid for my rental ahead of time but still needed to remind them. If not, you may not get a hands on tour and explanation of how things work before you leave. The videos go into everything in a lot of detail though, so I would recommend those. Returning was easy too, just try and avoid their busy times. Allocate at least 1/2 an hour for pickup and also for return. Really, I would give them 4 stars because of some of the damaged parts inside, the potential lack of instruction and parking, but I'm upping it to a 5 because of the friendly and helpful staff and the super clean condition. So obviously, we would do it again.TIP: Call this local office directly not the 1800 number. Service is a lot better and you can find out about specific deals at this location. Watch the instructional videos ahead of time. They may not have parking for you so ask ahead of time. Factor in and be prepared to pay about $0.30 / km in gas for the C-class motorhomes.

4.5 star , We are returning customer for their top class motorhomes and customer service , what sets them apart is their motorhomes which are very well maintained and thoroughly cleaned for every rental. We rented maxi motor for a week for 4 (2 adults 2 kids ) this motorhome can easily sleep 6 though , Interior: full kitchen (microwave, oven ,gas stove ) , washroom , 2 slides to make it even bigger . 1 double bed , bunk beds and beds over driver seat , sofa bed and even dining table can be turned into a bed. I added on kitchen stuff for $100 and few lawn chairs for $12 EA (for guests ) .Pros : clean , reliable motor homes , excellent customer serviceCons : add ons are expensive , biggest drawback was to return RV by 10 am but again you can buy add on for late return

CanaDream will always take care of whatever you need! Great staff, even better service along with a smile! They took care of me an all my families needs! They were very patient with me an they offer fair prices considering the work that's put In into EACH individual motor home is met with care from the inside/out! Hands down would reccomend this place to anyone looking to take their family on a nice cruise around Canada, at their own pace!

We were first time renters of an rv. I was nervous as my family has never done an rv trip. We travelled with 3 kids and 3 adults and the rv was perfect. On the way back it was our misunderstanding and we got the return time wrong. The staff were very accommodating and had someone stay behind for us to return the rv. Yes we had to pay the late charge but that’s our misunderstanding. They did not make us feel rushed at all as we were late and stressed. Amazing experience and we look forward to renting future rv from them as well.
