I accompanied my friend who was trying on some prom dresses. She's not a tiny person and she doesn't wear dresses and was already a little out of her comfort zone, also all of the dresses were incredibly sparkly and some looked like they've been there for maybe 10 years? All of the dresses the lady put her in were either huge or way to small. She made comments that they probably won't have lots they could even order in her size and she was visibility uncomfortable. I felt judged just being there. Horrible customer service, highly don't recommend if you are bigger or don't typically wear dresses.

Do. Not. Shop. Here.They ruined our bridesmaids dresses. Covered in stains. Alterations terrible. Their answer. Take it or leave it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And after spending THOUSANDS of dollars here over the years. I thought naively that their customer service had changed after getting a new manager. Boy was I wrong.

To be honest I was hesitant to try for my Wedding dress here due to the reviews, but thanks to my Maid of Honors, they convinced me to check it out and give it a try. I was blown away by the service and attention. I felt like the only girl in the room and was helped a lot! I found my dress!! Absolutely beautiful and I felt really taken care of. I am so glad I went in! Thank you Theresa!

We had a fantastic first wedding dress shopping experience with Rachel. She made everyone feel welcome and was patient with our many requests. The layout of the dresses by size was very helpful in finding appropriate styles without being disappointed. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. We did feel the policy of no photos due to “copyright issues” was a bit of a made up excuse and very outdated. We really loved one dress but as we couldn’t take photos and compare with the other dresses we saw on our shopping journey it quickly fell out of the running for top dress.

I have to say when I went there with my bridesmaids to pick out dresses for them the service was great! The lady that helped us was helpful and took all the girls measurements and contact and mailing information. In the shop it was a great experience for us.My disappointment was when it came to my girls contacting the shop to make their payments and check on the status of their Dresses, the lady who they had dealt with them was very rude and short with them, one of my girls even got hung up on! To hear about this was a huge disappointment. My understanding now is that this person no longer works there.After that experience one of my girls was able to get touch with a new worker that came into this blind and had to clean up someone else’s poor customer service. This lady was able to do some digging and get her order straightened out, which I was happy to hear and my girl had much better experience with her. The lady even called me to keep me in the loop and talk about what had happened with my other girls from before. She apologized for them having a not so good experience and was even willing to call each of my bridesmaids to apologize for their poor experience and make things right. I appreciated that very much and do feel for her for being put in a situation that wasn’t her fault at all but am happy and felt much better after discussing my disappointment and having our situation smoothed out.

If I could give 0 stars I would.My sister bought a beautiful wedding dress from here and it turned out great, however her other bridesmaid and I purchased our gowns for the same wedding and had a very long, and horrible, experience. We had originally chosen 2 gowns and it turned out they were discontinued so we had to go in and choose a different one. At this point everything was fine, and we just chose different dresses. We went in for our first fitting, it was all good. Then things started going very badly. Our dresses came back from the seamstress covered in stains, and the hem was completely uneven. They brought it to the dry cleaner twice and got most of the stains out. At this point we were about 5-6 weeks out from the wedding. When we went back my dress had minor stains and the other bridesmaids dress was still covered in these stains. They offered to exchange the dresses for other ones in the store but it was too close to the wedding to order new ones. I was willing to go forward with the purchase for mine, but I felt the other bridesmaid deserved some compensation for having a dress that is unusable. They had given us $75 off alterations (which they later said was actually off the dress but they couldn't put it in their system as a discount off the dress. Contrary to what they had said at the time of giving the discount). My dress came out to $388 including the discount. For an almost $400 dress I would expect it to be in perfect condition! They stood there and said the only options at this point were that we take the dresses (stained) and pay that price, or we could get a refund. In the end we had gone at least 8 times in this back and forth. We took the refund and went to Storybook Wedding, where we got excellent customer service.

Shopping here single handedly tainted my wedding dress shopping experience. When shopping for my dress I felt extremely pressured to buy an off the rack dress that was $500 over my budget and a bit too small. The consultant told me that it was a “one of a kind” dress so I could not get it in a bigger size, and that it would only require minimal alterations to fit me. Since they do not do holds and do not allow photos, I ended up returning the next day to buy the dress since I loved it and feared it would be gone since i was repeatedly reminded it was “one of a kind”. A few months later I stumbled upon my dress on Instagram and discovered it could be ordered and is currently being sold in many stores (in my size) brand new for $800 less than I paid. I brought this up to the store hoping they could order it in my size (I did not ask for the extra $800 back), but they were entirely dismissive. After this they began screening my calls, and were very rude when I went in to speak with them. I tried to come to a compromise (suggested letting it out for free and me paying for remaining alterations) but they would not hear anything from me. I am now 2 months out from my wedding and have to sell this dress on my own and find a new one for myself. They also removed the designer tag from the gown leaving it bare.I am completely heart broken from this experience and disgusted at how I was treated. I honestly thought I was making fair suggestions to mutually salvage the situation yet I was treated extremely poorly in return. Even their own seamstress was sympathetic to my situation.There are many other disturbing details that took place during this “exchange” (including the fact my dress never even left the store while all this happened, and that my “minor alterations” were later quoted to be $1000 but was dropped down because I broke into tears in the store), but in summary I was played, lied to, and treated like absolute dirt.

Lady was so so nice to us, made us feel welcome and helped my daughter and her best friend find prom dresses last minute. Great experience !!!

0 stars.WORST place I have ever been too, and that is based off of four different appointments. The first one they didn’t even have my appointment booked even though I had the messages, scoffed and told me to come back and reschedule. Fine. Next time went in with my niece’s trying to find bridesmaid dresses. Didn’t give us the time of day, and when they did they would complain about time and how they have other appointments ( we were there no longer then 30 min) then finally I went to try on wedding dresses. So lazy didn’t care what I wanted or even what I wanted to try, didn’t really even engage. I had an hour appointment and she shoved me out the door after trying one dress on, thank god there’s story book, and the gallery. I don’t get how they are in business with there attitude. Won’t let anyone I know shop there for anything.

My friend just had to walk away from a bridesmaids dress less than 16 days before the wedding!! After an alterations follow up, two bridesmaids dresses were stained and had uneven hems. The dresses were “dry cleaned twice” and still covered in stains. The company did nothing to rectify the situation, saying they could have $75 off of a massive alterations charge, or they could walk away and not have the dresses.They ended up going to Storybook Wedding where they came up with gorgeous dresses with affordable alterations that will be ready before the wedding in 16 days…
