I purchased Ford Escape 2014 from Demirci Autos. My sales advisor Mr. Shant guided me very well. He went one mile extra and replaced rear brakes and fixed minor issues in the car within same price (which he could have easily hidden). I liked the service provided by Demirci Autos and I would recommend Mr. Shant as sales advisor.

First time used car buyer because of supply chain bottlenecks. Was expecting a bad B-movie cliché, but was pleasantly surprised. Demerci doesn’t give cars away, but the pricing is very competitve. Azad, the manager, seriously wants customers to have a good experience. To that end, our salesperson Shant did a first class job. No pressure, respectful and keen to find the vehicle you want, not the one he wants to sell you. Do your homework: be clear about what you want; be realistic — it is a used car after all — and be friendly. Shant and the crew will do their best to supply you a decent vehicle at a fair price. Worked for us.

The price is good but they do not ensure that the car is in good shape before selling it. Be aware of what they are telling you and what you are signing.Because of greed, I had to contact certain provincial departments to highlight my rights and not be taken advantage of.

Buying a Ford escape 2014 seems in very good shape waiting for delivery nice staff well I got my car and anyone buying a car there make sure you have your own mechanic check out the car there mechanic does not know what they are doing I had to spend thousands of dollars to get the car in good shape so take it from me avoid this place at all cost not a good place to buy a car or suv

Our experience with this dealership in Laval was great! We were there to find my daughter her first car. They suggested one that was perfect for her and respected her budget. We were treated like family from the get go! Azadd was very helpful and went above and beyond for us! He was very professional and completely honest. He repaired all that was required plus extras following his mechanics inspection to ensure my daughters safety! I would strongly recommend this dealership!

Looked at a Suv. Had engine light, stabilitrak, ABS, and no AC.They said they fixed it. I bought it. 5 months later, ABs light, Stabilitrak, No AC, and 8000$ in debt for a used engine that they never fixed along with everything else. I didn't have my car for 2 months while getting repaired Also you can never get a hold of them. They never call you back. The worst experience in my entire life.
