TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Treated like a criminal, Recently moved nearby, credit card got sent here cause of recent address change. I went in to teller entered my bank card, this means she would have been able to withdraw all of my money had i asked but, my health card drivers license and sin card along with my bank pin and all account access were not enough for me to get my physical credit card given to me that i already use through apple wallet……..

TD Canada trust has lost its customer focus and is all about the bottom line. I really miss the Canada Trust days when you as a customer mattered, as now its all about the fees and how they can milk every dime out of their customers.

Spoke with a TD rep for mortgage renewal and the rate offered was far higher then what the location in Waterloo offered that same day. Followed up with David, manager at my home branch and after a 20 min call with him, his rate was even higher… all within 24 hrs… how??Branch manger wouldn’t take time to obtain my details and offer me a rate only gave me the posted rates, thanks for nothing! He was rude and tried to rush me off the call as quick as he could… I have see this branch’s service decline year after year in my 15 years working with them… time to go elsewhere.

I only put this bc every bank is closed but this one says open i almost drove a hr there from listowel im glad i called to hear it say closed keep up with Hollidays would ya

Very helpful branch, took the time to follow up and get to the bottom of my Visa card issue.

Costumer services in branch and via the costumer service number both horrible experience’s. No one knows so i got passed to different reps then hang up phone I have no time to play games I’m taking my Buisness to CIBI got some advice from my brother and so far much better. Unfortunately I cant move my Buisness account as fast but working on it.

I have been a customer for 35 years with my business, I went there to deposit a cheque from a large reputable dealership and they wanted to put a hold on the cheque. I often deposit larger cheque but because I had never deposited a cheque from this dealership they wanted to hold it. I have no infractions on my account. I went to another TD location and they deposited it no problem no questions asked! Thank you Highland TD for your inconvenience and your lack of respect for long time customer!

Every single time I come to this branch there is big line up 2 tellers and SUPER slow . I'm writing as I stand in line cause I can not deal with branch and there poor customer service anymore.

Worst experience I’ve had at a TD. I am not from the area and I don’t know the area well enough (from out of the city); however, it seems this branch lacks the cash holdings to be able to give you your money. I’ve been a loyal TD customer for years without any problem. All my finances including my mortgage are with TD, no problem thus far. This place would not give me my cash. They would make ridiculous requirements despite authenticating my identity. I have never experienced this at any TD branch before.For daily banking, I’m sure you’d have no problem, but for large cash amounts, they won’t give you your money. It seems this branch is just the bottom of the barrel. Went to another TD branch, better neighbourhood - and no problems!!

I've been a TD bank customer for about 20 years, and it's like this:- advisors are incompetent.-electronic bank account works horribly in the case of Mutual Fund information is incomplete and records disappear, and there is a constant problem with tax documents.- The bank does not give the customer a record of complete information about his investments in Mutual Fund.- in my case, the sale of Mutual Fund was made due to the fault of the bank with a delay of more than a month.-the ombudsman and the control services of the bank are not able to change or fix all this, they offered me a small amount with the condition that I would not complain.The bank thinks it's wonderful and doesn't care about the customer at all.
