BMO Bank of Montreal

20 year customer at this branch. Personal and business. No one ever calls back after a call back request. Not sure why they even bother asking you to leave a message. I agree with all of the prior reviews, except for the person who says this is the best branch he has ever dealt with.

Was with BMO for 6 years. Deposited cash at the envelope-free atm at my branch, and the machine ate my cash. Went inside to tell them and they said I would have to call back in a few days. Called back three times and left messages, and eventually just went back in. Not only did the teller I had dealt with previously not remember me (I had been going to the branch for years), but she openly pointed out that my story didnt make any sense, implying that i was making it up, and then asked me why I had taken so long to bring it to their attention (this is the same person who told me to call her back and then didnt return my calls). I closed my account on the spot, and decided to go somewhere better. I suggest that people be wary of this location, and maybe BMO in general.

Terrible service

Good location. Annoying hours.

The bank opens at 10 and have one teller working. I don't mind waiting but when each client takes 10 minutes to serve it's absurd. Employees coming in with their group coffee orders, chatting around coolers..is a real bad look while one poor tellers serves everyone waiting. Had 4 employees walk directly by me, none acknowledging my existence or offering any help or why I was here.

Doesn’t update google list hours and closed holiday Monday

Best branch in the city that I have dealt with. Amazing service and always ready to help with any questions. Can't recommend them enough

Over the past six months I have called this branch six times and each time have left a message requesting a call back. I have not been called back ONCE. Does nobody there check the answering machine? This is some shockingly bad customer service.
