Sonic did an amazing job on repairing all the damage on my van. You can’t even tell that there was ever anything wrong with it. The customer service was fabulous and made it a painless process. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend CSN Sonic Body AND Paint! They are an AMAZING body shop. A few weeks ago I had an encounter with a deer which caused massive damage to my car. Not only was the staff incredible to work with but they also helped in keeping the costs low as I had to pay out of pocket. My car looks AMAZING and I'm very please with how I was treated! Thank you again!

Appalling communication and customer service throughout the 2-3 month saga. Zero desire or ability to record on their system who I was, why I was calling and who my key contact at CSN was such that I was asked every time I called to leave my name and number despite being an existing customer (and them having possession of my vehicle). Was promised return calls on multiple occasions which never occurred. The wrong parts were delivered for my vehicle causing 2-3 weeks delay. Everything I experienced was far below even the most basic expected level. I would advise anyone contemplating appointing CSN to rethink.

Had to take my vehicle in for an insurance claim, and they were the the best part of the whole experience! My vehicle looked new when I picked it up... detailed and spotless, inside and out! The guys were a joy to talk to, and made me feel cared for despite all my frustrations with the insurance company. They were very detailed oriented, and attentive to things that wouldn't have even crossed my mind. Thanks guys so much.... will definitely use you again if the need arises!

Recently picked up my 2019 Civic after the good folks at CSN Sonic fully repaired it after I was tboned at the end of November. With insurance rushing them and parts shortages working against them, they did a fantastic job of keeping the quality high that I’d come to expect of them well still completing the extensive repairs in record time. I swear it drives better than before the accident. Thank you to everyone at Sonic for the amazing job getting my vehicle back on the road.
