The entire appointment was smooth and efficient. The hearing technician answered all of my questions (and I had many) and was attentive to my concerns. She made me feel at ease and I left the appointment with a better understanding of my hearing and a clean bill of hearing health.

I recieved my hearing aid from the Dominion Mall Hearing Life location. The staff there are so awesome and friendly. They even welcomed my Emotional Therapy cat Angel. I love the staff and they are so sweet and kind. They are very professional. The office is very clean and organized. I never feel rushed and all my questions are answered no matter how crazy they may be.

Friendly atmosphere and the staff are fantastic, friendly, very helpful..I was comfortable with the dr. and she explained what she was doing and everytime I need to check my hearing I will definitely be back..thanks hearing life
