The sales Associate Jumoke , has been top notch, every time iv had him help me , he has been knowledgeable about plans, product's quality, suggestions. I feel confident walking in to have him help me , as well as leaving. If your not an electronics person like myself , I 100% recommend talking to him , if also had great a experience with Page,. I definitely look forward to have those 2 help me above anyone else !. I hope they both still work there. There a greatteam , keep up the good work you 2 !

My wife and I Went into the Smithers store Saturday afternoon June 25/22. The store was basically empty, the store rep did not even acknowledge us , made no attempt to see if we needed assistance which we did! The sales rep was apparently too busy on her cell phone . Walked out , won’t be back! WAS going to purchase expensive headphones but I will take my 400 bucks elsewhere from now on .

Today at the source I had the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced by a girl named Raven I think, she was caring, helpful and over all had a good vibe. This girl deserves a raise!

I like how spacious, small ‘like’ and tidy The Source is. Not too much stock cramming the space. Making for a awesome shopping experience. Great customer service, also.Smithers, BC ‘go to’ for Bell Mobility Services.

Average for Smithers, which is decidedly lacking most of the time. Often the last place I go (including Amazon if I really can’t wait a couple days) due to prices and options. The idea that charging $30 for a $5 cable because they’ll replace it when it breaks IF you have original receipt says a lot about this chain. Staff can be hit or miss but I think that’s due to poor training and management more than their own fault, not very professional overall. Not the most comfortable place to be in.

Went in a few months ago to try and get a phone. Stood there for 20 minutes as they tried to verify my ID. They were all expired and I was told I just need to renew my health care card, and then it would work. So, that's what I did. I come back and am told that the health care card is not an accepted form of photo ID. Well.. that's pretty frustrating. Clearly the staff that spent all that time trying to verify my ID had no clue what they were talking about.

Jeremy and Peter helped me sort out a problem I had when switching from Rigers to Bell. It literally took HOURS. They were more then happy to help the entire time; they even accommodated my toddler with super Mario cart. Not only them but the entire staff always goes above and beyond. Thanks again guys for the amazing customer service!
