This is the second time Amy has helped me book a trip, and I can’t recommend her enough. Using a travel agent makes things so easy and stress free. Amy booked a trip for me and my friend for Barcelo Bavaro Palace in Punta Cana Dominican Republic and I genuinely can’t recommend this hotel enough! It was absolutely stunning. When we arrived at the airport, they had a shuttle waiting for us to take us to the hotel. When we arrived, it was an easy check in, concierge brought us to our room and carried our luggage for us. The rooms were absolutely stunning, we had a view of the golf course which was beautiful. Spacious room with TONS of storage for all of your stuff!! The hotel lobby had tons of stores for shopping, a grand theatre which put on shows every night, a 24 hour buffet, a casino and dance club, and multiple other restaurants. They had 2 large buffets for each meal, and several restaurants which you get reservations for depending on how many nights you are staying for. The buffet food was amazing, it always changed but also had staples. Omelet bar in the morning and pasta bar at night. Kyoto Japanese restaurant was the absolute best! Great food and a live show! We also did La dolce Vita which was Italian, and Mexico Lindo which was Mexican and they were both incredible! The pools were amazing, with a swim up bar in one! The beach was also stunning, they cleaned the seaweed off the beach every morning which was nice. I recommend waking up for the sunrise one morning on the beach. They even had a little train trolley that drives around the hotel, so you don’t have to do as much walking on those long days!Before we even arrived in Dominican for our trip, Amy helped us book 2 excursions which was amazing! We did Monkey land & Zip-line day, which was so fun. In between those excursions they brought you to a Coconut house where they showed you how they make their coffee and chocolate, which you get to sample! Also fed us lunch. They pick you up from the hotel and bring you back home at the end of the day! We also did a Dolphin Encounter, which was a dream come true! You can also book excursions at the hotel, which we ended up booking another one when we got there! A catamaran boat cruise which brought us snorkelling and to a sand bar to hangout in the water! Then we went over to a fresh water lagoon and got to swim there!Our trip truly was incredible and the hotel was amazing. I would definitely go back to that resort again! Amy is my go to travel agent! Also can’t recommend her enough! She made the planning process stress free and was able to answer or find the answer to every question we had!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Bahia Principe Fantasia in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic thanks to the help of our trusted travel agent Amy.The beaches were beautiful and the accommodations were also very nice. Kids enjoyed the waterpark feature and nightly entertainment, along with the Monkeyland excursion!Our only suggestions would be, additional opportunities to grab a snack while at the pool as well as currency exchange within the hotel. We had a very difficult time converting our money to smaller denominations for tipping staff.Overall, we had a great vacation!

It was so easy to plan our Orlando travels with Amy! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and super efficient. I would recommend her to anyone who want a stress-free vacation planning!

We had the joy of planning not one, but actually two Disney vacations with Amy. Sadly our first never panned out as it was planned for May 2020 and COVID derailed everything, but earlier this year we decided that we were going to give it a shot again so we contacted Amy again right away! There's surprisingly a lot to put together for a Disney vacation and Amy helped to make sure we had everything covered. If I ever had any questions along the way, she was always so quick to respond and point me in the right direction. A few weeks prior to leaving, we were given a neat little package with all of our trip details in one place and that was such a nice touch - it also came in handy!The trip went off without a hitch and I can safely say that our daughter had the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!We enjoyed working with Amy so much that we're now working together again to help plan our family's next getaway!

We had a wonderful cruise, your services were most appreciated from the choosing of our stateroom to our Air Plus feature which came in real handy when we had a strike in Italy and needed flights re-routed so we could get home. We felt very well looked after. You were always prompt and efficient answering my many questions. Even my last minute ones. We will use your services to plan our next cruise in 2025 for sure. Amy is a very knowledgeable Disney agent. Our trip to Disney world was our first time. She is accommodating and answers my queries in a timely manner. She did all the bookings from the resort reservation to park and dining and even the transportation from MCO to Pop with 'Sean the Driver'. I will highly use her service again when booking any Disney trip in the future! :)

I cannot say enough good things about Amy at Pure Magic Vacations! She was with us every step of the way. She booked everything we asked for and more. Our family has not been to Disney/ Universal before and so we did not know where to begin. Every question I had, Amy took the time to explain and offered suggestions.
