A terrible experience booking through this company. Quoted me a price online and then upped the quote by over $100 while I was about to put my credit card down. I said I would call them back in 5 minutes after I confirm the new price with my partner and when I called back less than 5 minutes later he said the limo was already booked and too bad. He was SO rude on the phone as well. I am SO thankful that happened as it led me to look elsewhere and I booked with Infinity Limousines instead. A NIGHT AND DAY EXPERIENCE! I would suggest looking at Infinity instead.

Vehicle itself was older and had some issues but the driver was very polite and courteous. I did use a different company Boss Limo previously and while the vehicle was nicer the driver totally harassed us via text for even more money after we paid including tip. It was a terrible experience and when we called back to complain they could care less. I mentioned my previous poor experience when booking this tour and they went above and beyond to make sure we were all treated very well by their driver. We only use a limo 2-3 times a year but we will be using them again for sure.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!I emailed this company 11 days ago- arranging a limo for my daughter's 16th birthday party. They said they had a car available. I sent them my credit card information after being hung up on (he rushed off the phone as he was on the other line), then was never called back- so I then emailed them my credit card information. They called yesterday while I was driving and couldn't answer- no message left. Got home, no email. I called back today- oh sorry

I was happy with the service. From the first phone call, they were helpful and polite. The SUV Lincoln looked great, inside and out. Very cool car!The driver helped load my Mobility device (wheelchair), which was really appreciated.During the drive I had some difficulty with the sound system (I guess I pressed something I shouldn’t have), but that was a very minor issue, and I’m sure the driver would have stopped to fix it if I asked, but we had a boat to catch.The next time I need a car and driver, I will contact Black Tie again. I highly recommend.

Worst limo experience of my life. The driver was chaotic. The limo broke down merging onto the freeway, then again 5 other times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE. I called and complained never received a call back and have ignored my calls since.

We were celebrating a birthday last night, and hoped to have a fun ride on our way to the club. This was unfortunately not our experience. The driver was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They started off by giving us a lecture regarding alcohol. As we were driving one of us had to use a bathroom and politely asked if we could pull over. The driver was at first very hesitant and refused until they noticed this was something that couldn’t wait. Our music was shut off and we were given no help on how to turn the music back on. The driver then started yelling at us because one of us had a vape. They stopped the car and threatened to kick us out. They then refused to close the window to keep an eye on us. We were also refused the right to open and close windows as they were locked. The excuse the driver had was that someone could fall out of the window. The driver then took us to the wrong location and argued that it was in fact our fault. When one of us was nicely giving directions, the driver ignored it and closed the window. All in all, this put a very bitter taste in our mouths. We arrived late to our destination due to getting lost, and they refused to pick us up any later. Do not pick this company for any occasion unless you want the whole night ruined.

One of the worst limo experiences. We had a very special birthday on Saturday night and it unfortunately started by us being greeted by a driver that didn't want anyone drinking. They threatened to kick us out of the limo because one person had a vape. The driver didn't follow directions, and wanted us to walk across a busy street because they didn't want to take us to our proper destination. I have never had this happen in any limo.

I had booked a Limo for November 30 for a very special occasion my experience with Black Tie was exemplary from start to finish Peter arrived on time was friendly courteous and professional we were to make three scheduled pickups then be dropped off at Granville Island during the pickups I received a call from the hospital saying my dad was not doing well and the family should come immediately Peter immediately offered to make an unscheduled stop to drop me off at the hospital and my friends carried on with the evening I highly recommend Peter and Black Tie Limousine

I was givin a price for my trip over email so I decided to proceed and book the limo.i called my credit card in to pay and when I got my receipt for the ride the bill was almost double. They add a 15% gratuity, 10% fuel surcharge and 5% GST on top of the quoted price, and to add to that the receipt states no refunds. Very misleading sales tactics.The limo ride we received however was on time, clean and safe.

Amazing Service. Was on time, super friendly driver, extremely good service. Definitely a 5/5 rated company!
