Pharmacy staff isn't very helpful or understanding when dealing with elderly patients with dementia. I drove my sister (72) today and waited in the car for her to return. She came out without her meds. I went in with her to see what was happening. She was having trouble updating her address on file and was unsure what her address was. I soon found out why. They actually ARGUED with ME as well that Rue Des Buissons was in Point A La Croix. Not Matapedia. I literally had to say I was calling my sister's landlord to verify her address! They were supposed to update the address in their system the LAST time we had gone in with correspondence having the proper address but apparently didn't. Aside from this incident, there have been MANY others. Some customer service" traits include but are not limited to : not reminding her she is on her last refill (KNOWING she has dementia and often loses track of these things)
