We saw their booth at the home show. They sent a rep out to visit us and showed us a video of the manufacturing process. From initial consultation to installation, everything was exactly the price quoted, which we felt was good value for money. Every member of their team we dealt with was super professional, and we felt that they cared about us as customers.We ultimately had four windows installed, including a replacement octagonal window which turned out fantastic. They even made a recommendation for our kitchen window overlooking our deck that made the kitchen brighter (removing a cross piece), allows for better airflow, and it no longer interferes with our patio umbrella.The best part is the 25 year warranty. While we now have to move for work, it's nice to know the warranty is transferrable so we can use this as a selling point.Definitely would recommend Big City Windows.

Quality, Professional, and Quick!!!I had several old windows and doors (original 1970's build) to be replaced and upgraded, as well as a large extension needing new windows and sliding doors. I contacted the staff at Big City Windows and & Doors for a quote. The staff was friendly, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about the product options (energy efficiency and financials) , timeline for installation, and value of adding the new windows and doors. A technician came by the house, measured the old windows as well as openings for the new windows/doors. He was very professional, fast, and answered the questions my wife and I had. Their price came in well under the next closest competitor, as such we decided to go with them. On installation day, the crew showed up on time, introduced themselves, got to work immediately. They were careful to lay down protective mats and use bins to manage garbage and the mess while removing the old windows. The installation was finished quickly and without and issue! Before the crew left, they asked me to perform an inspection and I was beyond impressed!!!What really impressed me:- The staff was continually in contact and informing us of next steps in the process. This Included a follow up call from the office following installation asking us about our experience and areas for improvement (there were none as they were excellent).- We had a large bay window with a seating area ledge to be replaced. The craftsmanship of the new seating area was incredible! The fresh lines and clean look of the new window seating area were second to none! This was not an easy task and they knocked it out of the park.- Lastly, the installation process was fast and clean. In total, I had over 25 windows and doors installed. You could not even tell that there had been major installation in my house. It was if someone had snapped their fingers and new windows just appeared throughout the house.After taking everything into account, I could not reccomend Big City Windows & Doors enough! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the product, price, and professionalism. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if needed!

This is our second time we have used Big City Windows and Doors. We had windows installed last year and this year we discovered that there was no condensation on the new windows. We contacted Max Kolosov to arrange the replacement of the remainder of our windows so we won't have to wipe down our windows every day. Got great service on the Estimate, Installation and Cleanup. We even changed the window design on some of them so that both sides of the windows would open as shown. Highly recommend Big City Windows and Doors.
