Went there asking for help with the lost of one nose pad. Girl in the store is very very helpful. Re-installed and cleaned my glasses immediately with charge free. Really appreciate the service and kindness of helps.

I just want to echo the pervasive sentiment that the staff at Ollie Quinn are simplest the best. I was in Victoria for a conference about a month ago and forgot to bring contact solution. As I bust through the door asking if they sell any, they just handed me a new bottle free of charge, no strings attached. Ollie, next time I'm in town, I'm paying you a proper visit (pun intended) to see all the amazing glasses you have to offer!

I came in to have my sunglasses (not purchased at Ollie Quinn) fixed and expected to pay a fee. The staff were super friendly and helpful and added a screw free of charge. I’ve purchased their glasses a few years ago and still love them. I will keep coming back - I highly recommend Ollie Quinn. Fabulous, timeless pieces and incredible customer service- thank you!

I am of a vintage that remembers a quaint old notion called “customer service,” and I want to commend Emmi and her youthful Ollie Quinn team in Victoria for keeping the concept fully alive in their lovely store. I have written here before about the selection and quality of OQ glasses, but what I want to reinforce with this review is the superb commitment to customer satisfaction that I have experienced here. They aren’t just interested in selling you glasses…they genuinely want to keep you as a customer and they take after-care very seriously. I wish every retail experience could be so reliably positive. Rebecca and Sam were very helpful for our repair (lost screw) and very friendly!! We will be back to get a new pair of glasses soon. Lovely experience and great location. Had a nice conversation about shows and they gave us food recommendations.
