Not a very big store. Don't have a good selection. Some of his staff are very miserable but it is downtown Hamilton

Love the variety here, often find my products readily available. Check out is easy and spacious aisles to walk. Clientele here is often problematic with security issues. Security on site to deal with any issues that may arise. But hey, could be worse and I get what I came for.

The only thing I will say about the LCBO and I hope they read this how come they don't have Dixon distilleries flaming Caesar and Murphy's Law at the LCBO it makes me sad to see that there are breweries that are outside of our city in Watertown and one in Beamsville and they're not even being sold locally in our city and these are really close to our city maybe one day they will read this and realize that this is what we need more local alcohol stuff in our city instead of places from the US and Russia and other countries

This location is only convenient if you are on foot and already in Jackson Square, since parking downtown is a nigtmare. The variety of choices is basic since the store is small and cramped. The beer from the cooler is always warmish, and they don't put enough cocktails in the fridge. I truly dislike when stores have multiple cashiers and only one line up, forcing everyone to line up down one tiny aisle. I have had some good service here, but nothing memorable. Also, they regularly look at you like a criminal. So, if you can go to a different location, it is advised.

Options available at other LCBO weren't available here. Large store, could stock these beverages just didn't. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Unfortunately my choices weren't available and so I had to choose something I didn't really want as another location was not an option due to location

Horrible Experience. I paid in cash, cashier tries to steal $10 from me and convince me that I paid less. Couldn't even believe it. Smh
