Ordered from DoorDash. Chicken was undone. Literally put half spoon of rice and filled the whole pack with lettuce. Horrible packing and service.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but I don’t know what I was served. I ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner, one that I usually get but it was my first time trying jimmy at the Penn Centre. To start off the rice and everything in it. the carrots, the peas were awful, I couldn’t even chew it, it was so stale and had hardened it felt like I was eating tiny rocks, it tasted like it’s been out for days. The chicken was somewhat alright, it was sort of tender but the spices did not taste anything like jimmy the Greeks at all. I asked for a side of hot sauce and again it hard weirdest tasting spices and it was so watered down. I never experienced terrible mall food in my life. I showed the workers how the rice was left uneaten and all they said was sorry. I didn’t want to start a scene so I just left it as is, super disappointed.

Food is delicious! Prices are ok. Service is terrible. All staff wear ear buds and have full conversations with whomever they're talking to over the customer. Barely eye contact is made as well. Their saving grace is the food.

Small portion, too small. They charged me $10 for an extra salmon portion but it was so tiny, could not believe. Disappointed.

I normally love this location of Jimmy the Greek and have never been disappointed! The food is always fresh and made quickly.However, I went to order food in person shortly after 6:30 and was told that I couldn't have potatoes because it was too close to closing time. (According to Google's hours, 9:00 PM is close). I was told that this rule also applied to their rice.Normally I completely understand when restaurants have similar rules in place; however, this is the first time I've encountered this rule at this restaurant. Especially since I could physically see the potatoes in the order counter. I can't help but wonder if I ordered via Skip if that rule would still apply, as potatoes and rice were still listed on the app as options. It doesn't make much sense, an hour before I'd definitely understand, but more than two hours before close? Disappointed to say the least, but I'll make sure to go for lunch next time.

Ordered on skip for a few people at work. The Order was wrong, so a coworker who can't have rice and potatoes ate very little for her dinner. The salad was hot and saugy, with brown lettuce. They forgot the salad dressings. when I requested a refund for their mistake with the missed salad (not meal with potatoes and rice) i was denied.Worst part is she paid $22 for the tiny amount she could eat. Extremely disappointed and will not order there again!!!

Had a great lunch at Jimmy the Greek in pen center mall St.Catherines. I've eaten at lots of Jimmy locations however this one was one of the best. I ordered chicken filet on Greek salad with spinach pie. I got a huge full salad and fresh grilled chicken, it all tasted amazingly fresh! I've always loved the spinach pie at Jimmy's, it was crispy outside and soft inside. I will definitely be back to this location again!
