Being a rental manager myself, I have worked with Greg from the direction of a property manager dealing with another property manager. I would certainly recommend Greg. He has always been easy to talk to and easy to work with. His knowledge base is significant and I have learned a lot from our meetings and conversations. These guys have bullied my friend who has had the unfortunate experience of being a homeowner of a unit in one of the strata complexes they manage. Not only have they repeatedly not followed protocol as there supposed to when dealing with complaints and contraventions, they've repeatedly ignored the ignorant behaviour and blatant disregard for personal property causing serious damage and vandalism to guest vehicles as well as refused to respond to serious complaints and correspondence pertaining to situations that have arose during his time there. It's disheartening and a real shame as they had some very good reviews from others. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare unfortunately. Hoping for a more positive outcome when dealing with them in the future.

Greg has recently become our property manager and he is a breath of fresh air. As a member of council, he communicates frequently, thus keeping me aware of the business of our strata. As an owner, he has been quick to respond to questions I have regarding my unit.
