The price could be a little better but the service was great love this place

We purchase all our flooring from this location for the 2 century homes we've been working on. 8 units out of 10 so far, 2 more to goThey have great selection. Great price and always well stocked.Wish they have a few more locations in the west or south ends of Toronto. Both their locations are a wee bit far for us but their price beat all other places.Hoping our next project in Kingston we can use them again.

I compared several flooring stores and chose Kingwave, cause the hardwood here is with very good quality and reasonable price. The boss and customer service are pretty nice and with a lot of patient. Especially the installation guys working with them are really experienced and they did a great job with my flooring. I definitely would like to recommend Kingwave to my friends!

Went to their other location, most upsetting customer service, ever. Don't waste your time.Entered the store with two employees at their desk, no greetings as if they didn't notice us, the Asian employee was clearly having fun talking with her guy friend. Browsed the area and liked a Laminate, still no response from the employee. Little while longer my brother arrives to finalize a Laminate we liked, still no response from the employee. Then my brother asks one of the employee to help us with the Laminate (price, quantity available, etc) and the Asian employee decides to help because she is the boss, at least she acted. The 3 questions we asked was answered with the most unsettling attitude, eye rolling, and annoyance. For our last question she said she needs to check" the other warehouse because they might have the Laminates. After 10-15 min we realized she was not getting back to us

Poor service.Staff showed no interest at all.No one else was there, so there’s no excuse for ignoring us.Poor selection of products.Spent her time talking loudly to friend on the phone which was rude.Inability of salesperson to speak even basic English.Terrible attitude displayed about borrowing samples.Have to deal with them as our contractor uses their stuff, otherwise, no way.

Good selection of flooring. It was not crowded and we did not have to rush. Have to order and may take 4 weeks to arrive.

Great selection and good prices.
