The Source

I went in to browse and was greeted a few moments later by Vincent. He pleasantly answered a few questions I had, with clarity and full knowledge. I ended up accepting their Black Friday cell special. I later returned to see Vincent, where he apologized for being busy at the moment and turned me over to Daniel who helped me with the same pleasant manner. I had to wait around for a while, so I began browsing and ended up speaking with Mitchell for about 15 minutes about the cellular world. Again, very polite and informative. My complete experience in this store was totally enjoyable. A few days later I happened to walk past the store in the mall, when Vincent saw me and gave me a smile and a wave. I won't hesitate to give it my full recommendation and would give it 10 stars if it was available.

I bought a defective pair of JBL ear phones from the Source in City Centre Mall on December 24/22. The right ear phone quit working after less than 2 months. The manager at the Source there had zero interest in helping me. He laughed at me and thought it was funny. He was extremely unprofessional.Fast forward to last week. Thinking it was a longshot, I walked into the Source at Kingsway Mall to see if they could help me out. I spoke to the manager, Daniel. He was so nice and kind. He went way out of his way to help me. I went back yesterday to pick up my brand new JBL ear phones. They replaced the damaged ones for the new ones. Thank you so much Daniel and Denzel!!! You guys are both awesome!!! The manager at the Source in City Centre Mall could learn a lot from you both.

Dan at the Source was very helpful. I called Bell 5 times and visited a Bell Store twice and they were not able to figure out how to help. Dan legitimately had the situation taken care of after 5 minutes. No exaggeration.Thanks again!

Big shout out to Mitchell, from the Kingsway store, who helped me sort out connection issues with my new iPhone 14Pro. Mitchell went out of his way to help me, even though I had purchased the phone from a different service provider. He demonstrated excellent service, courtesy and cheerfulness. This has convinced me that the Source believes strongly in good customer service - something I value highly!For background info, I had first taken the phone to my service provider to trouble shoot and they said the SIM card wasn’t activated, then tried to sell me a new SIM card. Since the phone was brand new, they really should have provided another card for no charge. I was not impressed with this lack of focus on customer service.

Great experience at this source honestly probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a store in my life. They were live with energy and ready to help me out with whatever was needed. Great workers here, they got amazing Customer service! Highly recommend this source for all your electronic needs!

Vin was so helpful. He had patience to complete my change of service and he explained everything clearly and completely no surprises. Five thumbs up for customer service and helpfulness.
