I hired this company to undertake some studies for a residential site I am developing. I had been told the studies would be completed about four weeks after I had hired them and that I would be able to meet my deadlines for the development application. This was a lie and the studies had not been completed until February of the next year. This was almost four months past the completion date I was told the work would be done by. Some time latter I had contacted the company asking for some clarification of one of the aspects of the study. A simple question about where some values were taken. I was not contacted back until a week latter, and was told their hourly rate was 110.00 per hour and that basically I would have to pay them to answer questions about this study that I had paid $18,000.00 for.Hook, line and sinker... They told me a completion date that worked with my schedule and totally failed to make good on it. As a developer I cannot afford to do business this way. Not sure if I will hire this company again.
