Wonderful veterinary clinic. Very caring and friendly staff. Always a nice experience. They took care of my sweet girl, Chelsea, so well till the end. I am so grateful for everyone there. I will be back with a new puppy one day!

Our dog was not doing so well, phoned around to 5 other Vet clinics from Lake Country to Vernon and explained her symptoms and they brushed it off saying that they could fit her in 3 days later, I know my dog and she's a tough cookie but something was not okay, we called Deep Creek and not only did they recognize the urgency but booked her in asap. Thankfully they were able to get to the root of what could have been a serious health threat to her and did so gently and kindly. I wont ever use anyone else, even though its a hours drive away.

Very good experience. Highly recommend. Intake and doctor were both very accomodating and friendly. A scary morning with a sick kitty, but they got her in fast, did all the tests, and quickly gave her the medications she needed to reduce her symptoms. She’s already starting to perk back up, and eat again. Huge sigh of relief. Thank you!!!

A few weeks ago I had to make the decision to put down my best friend of twenty years.His health declined dramatically within 24 hours and I had to make the choice no pet owner wants to make. Deep Creek Vet was kind, compassionate and fit me in on the same day. Thank you to the staff and wonderful vet. Your kindness on one of the worst days made it bearable.

We booked our chihuahua in for a neuter.I'm so glad we did...From the first phone call to the appointment finish, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.The grounds and clinic space were clean and charming.Dr. Baker is amazing !His skills and knowledge techniques wereunbelievably good.I'm so pleased. I can't say enough about this place.Please take your pet here!My chihuahua has healed perfectly.Post op given was very thorough, and pain medication was perfect amount.We will be back. Thank you, Dr. Baker and staff.
