On collection for my items left on consignment … paid smallish amount then told my unsold clothes were donated. No list or amounts received for clothing sold… I decided to check store as amount appeared too low… found several of my consignment items on the racks, price tags still attached! Took them all … dishonest business practices. Ensure you take pictures of your items beforehand.

Wish I had checked past reviews before I dropped my shoes off here to sell on consignment but if you're reading this now please know that the owner of this place is scamming folks. You should definitely not sell your things here on consignment and probably should boycott this place in general. As you can see from past reviews the person who owns the shop straight up lies so that she can steal things from unsuspecting people.She claimed to others that since the contract says you must pick up your items within 7 days of the date specified that you relinquish ownership to the store if you don't pick up in time. That is an illegal and invalid contract clause. She claims to others that she donated their goods but cannot provide proof of said donation. This is obviously just theft.She claimed to me that there was a big break-in last January where my shoes were probably stolen. When I pressed about a police report and/or insurance claim she said that the insurance refused to pay out anything to her and that the contract absolved her of any responsibility to compensate me for my item. I said that I would pursue legal action and she agreed to pay me even though she claimed she shouldn't have to do so.I will just note that there are reviews left here from January and February talking about finding gems at this shop but literally no mention of a big break-in" and I pass by this place all the time on my way to gym/grocery store - there was never any indication of a break-in.How awful that she is grifting people out of their things when she could just make an honest living. Terrible human being. Please do not support this business and its predatory practices."

Lady behind the counter was rude. Brought in clothing which she turned away (clothing there seems to be more suited for older women) with an abrupt I will not take any of it." She was on the phone the entire time.As she went through my items

Johnathan was so helpful and such a delight. With his help I found several high quality items that fit me perfectly!I will recommend this shop to anyone looking for well priced, curated pieces.

What a scam. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR THINGS!! I brought hundreds of dollars of merchandise in. When I came in to collect my money, they told me they had emailed me - which they did not - before giving my things to goodwill. I was promised by them this would not happen when I dropped my things off.So far as I know, they sold everything and merely gave me a fraction. Who knows?? No accountability and they flat out lied to me.Such poor business! Be honest and we bring in more things. Burn bridges and your store gets passed by…

Great variety of quality second-hand clothing items. I was able to pick up a winter puffer vest for a great price, and it was nice to meet and talk to Julia about the history of the store!

What a great place to take your gently used clothes. Lots of vintage items. Julia is an absolute peach!

Always walk out with some real treasures at this place. Just bought an amazing purse that i am smitten with! the staff are always very helpful, kind, and personable to chat with. My day is always made when I visit this shop. thanks for keeping Victoria stylin, and at such great deals!
