Great location with a growing number of businesses and services. Environmentally friendly buildings. Parking is a bit of a pain with ongoing construction.

This was a surprising place to try virtual reality for the first time. The very accomodating staff even let my 3-year-old play endless Fruit Ninja! The branding for the proposed neighbourhood felt like the Jetsons, but I couldn't be certain if the vision for the area will or can be realized.

Well designed, thought after, energy efficient community development presentation centre. Once the development is finished, it will be like a small city within the city. Two thumbs up. Kids enjoyed the visit as well.
