These guys are amazing. There was a sma problem with my order that, being new to leather working, I didn't even realize was a problem. When I emailed to ask about it they immediately sent me a replacement order free of charge! I'm glad I found this place and will definitely be ordering again!

Great selection, and generous cuts. I purchased wildcat briar (S.B. Foot) & 2 types of jack glazed Arif & Sons all at 3 sqft & I most certainly received more than 3 sqft each.Beyond the generous quantity, the leather itself was phenomenal. The packaging was perfect to keep everything safe during shipping across Canada, and shipping was super fast.My order was processed within the same day, and I received it in 3 days.(Another leather shop similar in name to ‘Randy’ took 2 weeks to ship)I’ve already bought more!

This business was a fantastic discovery for someone starting out in the leather craft. It’s Canadian, the owner takes the time to answer questions and make recommendations and they sell in smaller cuts which is especially great when you’re starting out because it doesn’t mean you have to buy a whole quarter or half side to try a new leather. Their shipping to Toronto even during the pandemic has been really prompt and they have a loyalty program. I’m not sure what else you could want from a leather and fabric supply company. Highly recommend you check them out.

I've been purchasing from OA for about 4 months and I'm very pleased with the quality of leather but what I'm most thrilled about is the customer service. I had an order come in that was short on the amount of leather I ordered. I emailed OA and that same day I got a email back saying they were sending out a new order for the missing item. Sarah was so amazing. She made it simple, easy and absolutely hassle free. I was so happy with the promptness of her response and ability to remedy the situation.Great customer service is so hard to find these days. I will be a loyal customer of OA for sure.
