Queensgate Express Cleaners shoes repaires

I ripped my dress pants 2 hrs before going to a wedding. The gentleman took me in right away and made sure I was ready to go! Only got a patch job for now - however he inconvenienced himself to help me. Cheers.

I brought my daughters Confirmation dress to alter, the gentleman did a great job, he was friendly and I’ve been there before to bring my favourite shoes to fix the straps and zipper and feel somewhat brand new, and they turned out great. He brought my Ugg boots back to life again.I go often and will recommend him to family and friends

Been taking all my dry cleaning, alterations, shoe repairs and rugs here for the past eight years. I can say nothing beats there service. The gentleman working there does all work professionally and cautions you of all risks related to the process of cleaning on certain clothes (delicates)... I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the area!!!

Today I picked up my dry cleaned dress from Express Cleaners to find that the spilled milk stain was not removed but instead spread all over the rest of the lace of the dress. Also fabric was pulled in two spots. So now my dress is looking worse than I had brought it in. The man behind the counter instead of apologizing begins raising his voice when I ask for a refund. I asked him to lower his voice because my baby was sleeping in his chair next to me. Apparently there are no refunds or guarantees about stains and I was not told this earlier this week. Very rude and bad experience overall. Not going back.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY LOST AN EXPENSIVE DRESS AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY SERVICE TICKET, THEY REFUSED TO EVEN TRY TO LOCATE THE DRESS. THE OWNER IS UNBELIEVABLE RUDE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. EVEN ACCUSED ME OF FRAUD. THIS GUY IS NUTS! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND USE A DIFFERENT DRY CLEANER IN BOLTON!!!

I had my bridesmaid dress altered here. The gentleman was polite, helpful and did a fantastic job. The dress was altered exactly how I wanted, in a timely manner and it was a pleasant experience over all.

I brought in Levi 501 jeans for alterations and expressed how I didn't want any darts to be visible. The tailor hid the darts under the original waistline of my jeans, making only about 2 inches of the dart visible. Maybe I misunderstood as I was under the impression the whole dart wouldn't be visible. The pocket was also slightly sewed over, making it look a little off. The work was done better than other places would have done it, however I wish I would have went elsewhere.
