Dissapointing customer service. Booked an appointment, ensured a manager was in before opening to let them in and address a few questions we had. No show, no call, no contact. Someone showed up the next day - manager wasn’t in. Have reached out a few times regarding my disappointment and how it impacted two days and payroll. No acknowledgment and it’s been totally brushed off. Mistakes happen, a simple apology and call to ensure our questions were answered - quite simple really.Wouldn’t recommend.

Drain plug apparatus to open and close broke in bathroom sink. John replaced it with a new type of plug, which works much easier and better. He was on time, professional, personable, efficient, and did an excellent job. Thank you very much!

Cole was excellent! He was prompt in coming out to our call, knew what was wrong right away and was able to fix the problem. He explained what was needed, gave an accurate estimate and was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

Needed to replace the main water shut off in my house as it was finicky and I needed one that could be reliably turned off and on without fear of leaking. I did not want to deal with epcor to have them turn off water supply at curbside and the damage to landscaping that goes along with that so contacted amyottes. They froze the main line, replaced the old valve with a new ball valve and replaced another shut off valve I was concerned about. Great experience, price was fair, job was done quickly, the guys were very respectful, cleaned up totally when they were done and the final invoice (which thankfully arrived in a timely manner) was the same as the estimate, no upselling, just good honest work. I would highly recommend

They showed up earlier than expected but was welcomed. The guys fixed the main water tap by freezing and replacing the ball valve tap.After a few minor hiccups the problem was solved in a timely manner and the cost quoted was the cost charged.Happy with the service and would recommend.Side note: was recommend by the neighbor plumber" as Epcor made it impossible to repair

Not only did they have to reschedule me due to over booking, they showed up 2 hours late, they couldn't fixed the issue. They googled a solution for me to do my self. Then they charged my card the full amount and won't return my calls.

These guys installed my toilets while I was on holidays. They easily accommodated doing that and worked with my other contractor doing my countertop to get them done. They cleaned up any mess and I’m happy with their recommendation of the Toto elongated toilets. I have an older home, older pipes, so I needed a strong flush. Highly recommend Amyotte!
