This is now The Barber Shop, Same staff, unfortunately Mr. Robert's has passed onIvy, who has been there for years has taken over and the service is excellent, a haircut for less than twenty bucks and a good as you can get anywhere

This is a great little small business that's been there for many years. There's 2 wonderful gals working there. Not a lot of small talk, not fancy and very affordable. If you're looking for Latte's and Lulu Lemon, not your place. If you're looking for a quick affordable haircut, stop on by (at the time of this review, men's haircut $17.00).You can phone ahead, but don't have to. Walk-ins welcome. If it's getting close to their closing time, please phone ahead. They're a small business. If it's been quiet all day and getting close to closing time, they have been known to close a half hour earlier, which is completely understandable and within their right as small business owners and not corporate chain.Although I haven't seen any women there during my cuts (which take about 15-20 minutes), I understand they also do women's hair as well. I also understand women's hair can take more time, so that may require an advance phone call and booking.Since this review is done by a man, I can only offer this:Older guys: This is your shop.Younger guys: Same. They do the modern styles, too.

Called this barbershop to make sure it was open, the female that answered had a bit of attitude, I felt like not going but I brushed it off and went there anyway, i didn't have to wait very long which was the only thing positive I can say about the place, when it was my turn to sit in the chair I waited for the lady to clean the hair off the chair before I sat down but she never and told me to sit down, so I cleaned it off myself with my hand and than she started to help me clean the hair off the chair and said sure you can sit on the hair it will blow off your clothes when you go outside" plus I could tell the floor wasn't swept all day because it was the most hair I had ever seen on any floor in my life
