Matt was excellent. He was REALLY knowledgeable and super at multi tasking. He is well organized and thinks through multiple senerios to find the one that fulfils all if your requirements without overselling.I was arranging several different phones and plans for myself, my university bound son and my teenage daughter. Matt worked out a beautiful deal for each individual. He also made it pleasurable to sit and come see options.

I went shopping for a new Iphone yesterday and the service was amazing. Ashif was extremely helpful and was very clear and efficient when explaining about the different options for the phone plans. They didn't have the exact model in stock so he went above and beyond to find it for me and had the phone sent from another location. Not only was Ashif's service outstanding but I also got a great plan for my phone and Pc Optimum points as well. I will certainly be recommending the Mobile Shop and Ashif for anyone looking for a new phone or plan! thank you!

Best mobile phone service I’ve had- came in to get help on a replacement SIM card and the store manager went out of his way to get in contact with my provider’s technical support and solve my issue (something that even the provider themselves said would take a few days to fix). Really appreciate all the help and will make this my #1 location whenever I’m in town!

I wasn’t as fortunate as others here. I went in to get a SIM card for PC Mobile and when I was offered the SIM card for free along with activation, I jumped at the offer. However my case was a bit more complicated because I needed to bring over my phone number from my previous carrier. The person who served me was not knowledgeable at all on how to do this which cost me 2 days of delay and frustration. The person made the port number request with only my phone number. When I did not get the text message from my previous carrier to acknowledge the port, I had to call the carrier myself and learned that they needed the IMEI number, and the PIN as well. So I had to call PC Mobile to get them to make the request again. The person who served me even told me that if I don’t get the text, I can just insert my new SIM and it should work. This is incorrect as I later learned from PC Mobile. It is necessary to wait for the text! What a waste of time! It would have been better for me to pay the $10 cost of the SIM card and call PC Mobile to activate it.
