Yogaflow Studio

First off, the space is absolutely amazing!! The attention to detail inside is obvious - it's about the little things for me. The bathrooms are beautiful! The sinks are obviously not from Ikea - they look like they've been imported from Italy! The floor is amazing, the lighting is breathtaking and the music system hits the soul to really allow you to enjoy a challenging flow or a relaxing yin practice.The teachers are also amazing and experienced. You can tell the teachers teach because they love to share their yoga journeys with their students. Each teacher has their own unique style as the studio does not subscribe to a formula like some of the other corporate" studios. This allows the teachers to shine and create a unique sequence for each practice which I really appreciate and love the variety.I've had nothing but great yoga experiences each time I go. I just wish a knew about this place sooner!It's not a hot studio as it focuses more on a true traditional yoga classes which is what i have been looking for.It has been a great journey for me since I began practicing at yoga flow and look forward to continuing my practice here for years to come! Yogaflow is delightful. Such a clean and fresh space with very lovely instructors. When I walk in, I feel welcomed and valued. When I leave, I feel revived and refreshed. Absolutely love that they have just started early morning classes! I highly recommend this studio.

I decided to take a class at Flow Yoga this past week, my first time back in a group setting for any type of fitness is over 2 years.Could not have felt more comfortable and accepted. Beautiful space, even more amazing instructors. Kenzie was so calming and led a great class.Highly recommend this studio and can’t wait to go again!

I love this yoga studio! It’s super small and intimate. They have everything on hand you’d need if you need to rent or purchase something. They stock good quality merchandise for sale. The washrooms are lovely, stylish and clean. The staff are all awesome. I’ve taken classes with at least 5 different instructors since it opened and they were all great. The only drawback to this space is a little bit of street noise….but that’s anywhere in a city! Bonus points for always having parking available.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The teachers are friendly and knowledgeable, the studio is clean, they have a good variety of classes and the location is close to my house which is a bonus! I personally enjoy that the classes are small and that they focus solely on Yoga.

Wonderful community style studio ! Various ages, personalities and teachers. All unique and interesting. NOT HOT ! NOT AEROBICS disguised as yoga. The real deal.

I just started my yoga journey recently and I couldn’t be happier that I’ve discovered this studio! I have been coming here for the past couple weeks and I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve attended.The instructors are all very friendly, helpful and professional.The studio is clean and has a very comfortable atmosphere.I look forward to learn and grow my yoga skills here :) and I highly recommend Yogaflow Studio to anyone who’s looking to start their yoga journey.

Love this new studio. So nice to see a yoga exclusive studio in Langley. I attended the Slow Flow so far, and Carol lead a beautiful practice. The room is clean and fresh, and the perfect temperature for a comfortable practice. Sanitized props are provided and options to modify for a safe practice are always given. I’m excited to explore the other classes!
