YYZ Car Rental are top notch! After an accident Chico was there in a heartbeat with a brand new, immaculately clean vehicle to get me back on the road and home to my family. He is a man of his word, walked me through the paperwork and even contacted my insurance the next day to provide info. Highly recommend these folks! Please contact them the next time you need to rent a vehicle.

We unfortunately were involved in our first motor vehicle accident, YYZ made the best of this scary experience. Chico was waiting for us with a comparable vehicle when we got to the collision centre. He explained everything in detail and told us what to expect. The car was clean and in great condition. We would definitely recommend YYZ car rental.

Chico was an amazing help from the jump. I was given a rental as soon as possible and the customer service was amazing. Very polite , caring and positive vibes all around. Even when I had the rental, Chico made sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone was easy to talk to and I had no issues what’s so ever. Would definitely come back to these guys if I ever need a rental again.

YYZ Car Rental has made a very stressful situation, easy. Beautiful rental, clean, efficient and luxurious. Customer service was amazing. 100 times more effective and professional than my insurance company. Had an amazing experience and will be renting here again.

What an amazing experience! I had my car stolen when returning from a work trip, Chico showed up with a beautiful 2023 rental and had me on my way in no time at all. Not only did Chico help me in this regard but he had better luck working with my insurance agent than I did. He kept me informed all through the process. They are totally professionals with that special touch! Definitely not like other car rental companies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 15/10 stars

I got into an accident, I'm already stressed as is. But Chico made everything simple and smooth, he provided me with a rental within minutes.
