Cashed a cheque and requested a new debit card since mine was a bit old and worn. They said I could still use my card until the new one arrived and that’s not the case. My card isn’t working and I’m locked out of my easyweb. When I call the branch they don’t answer the phone. Called customer service and they said I have to wait until the new card arrives to access my account! What a joke. Now I have to go back down there to fix this issue. Such lazy workers its pathetic. Not one person can answer the phone?

They were very prompt in their responses, acted promptly, and contacted right people to provide expedited solution for an urgent need. Poor customer service as of late. Been dealing here for 3 years with no issues. A lot of new staff, one in particular. Heavy set blond, last name ends in hut". Very rude & has no value of customer service. With all the banking options available

Stayed with them because they had no problems cashing any of our cheques before with no hold. Now went to get a cashiers cheque cashed and another personal cheque but was told that they had to put a hold on both. Cashiers cheque should have been released but was not and now have to wait for almost a month to have access to the funds.Once this is all over with gonna be closing our account and moving to a new bank.

What should have been said, was not! And too much said of things of no benefit to me. Simply wanted to pay off remaining balance of mortgage with a financial investor there, with 'hopes' of fee being waived. Never once did this man suggest I pay the lump sum to minimize the penalty. There were other noticeable miscommunications & my point is TD employees need to work for the customer, instead they clearly work for the banks benefit. Have bought new place with a broker who clearly had my back.

Customer service from one of the advisers was less than desired. I eventually got my affairs dealt with, which I do appreciate but I had to call them multiple times because they were not contacting me as they said they would. Additionally, I would have to go into the branch myself and speak to the staff in order for the adviser to finally contact me after multiple ignored phone calls/left voicemails. Highly recommend dealing with your affairs at a different branch.

I've never had a bad experience at this branch.. until today. I was not impressed with the girl who helped me. She never smiled once, never asked how my day was.. and even though I put on my credit card and confirmed the pin, she took my card to be sure"... as though I was a criminalittle. All I wanted was a debit card since I misplaced mine. She even had much ID. Not impressed.. I've had a few issues with TD recently.. so I think I'll just be switching banks."

This is my local branch and I’ve been visiting this locations for several years. The staff (new/old) are consistently nice, helpful, and attentive towards any issues regarding my banking. Any rare issue that may not be attended by the bank, they have always tried their best to guide me towards the next helpful resource. With both personal and business accounts I’ve never had an issue with service. Always greeted as a familiar face and addressed on a first name basis which is a added bonus in there attention to service.
