Amazing boxing Day deals. Expertly helped by Niaaz who took care of everything. They put on cartoons for my daughter to watch while we got the account set up. It was busy but they were a relaxed group of staff who made a time consuming process very pleasant. A word of unsolicited advice, these customer service people aren't responsible for the problems that Rogers may have as a telecommunications company. They are doing their best to help meet your needs. But if you were wrongly charged, or are having trouble with your service, yelling at these young people isn't going to help. They will absolutely do what is in their limited power to help you. Cheers.

My visit to these people was to return a cell phone when I decided to upgrade. My experience here was excellent as opposed to dealing with Rogers on the telephone. It took me four months to straighten out a bill because quite honestly a customer service Representatives didn't know what they were talking about are poorly trained. One of the reps. at the store transferred the data to the new phone they offered me within minutes as the tech department at Rogers couldn't even do it nor could Samsung. This time I took Rogers up on a new offer regarding cell phone and switch my service back from Fido to Rogers. Again the tech people at Rogers could not transfer the data to a loaner phone they supplied me with so I decided to visit them again. The first time that I visited them which was during the covid epidemic the agent that referred me failed to tell me I needed two pieces of to enter the store and I had to come back. This time covid was over and I went to the store to transfer the data like I had the first time but this time I was not allowed to enter because I didn't have two pieces of I'd. Well I ruckus started and the manager acted like a complete a-hole. So I went home and decided to call the next day and book an appointment but when I called the same fool answer the phone and recognize me. He then told me to go to another store and hung up on me. As someone who has had fifty years of sales and marketing experience I found this treatment of a customer deplorable. I used to run a call center and used to train customer service reps in regards to decorum when it comes to clients. In any case I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone looking for a cell phone.if staff cannot control their tempers when they're dealing with the public they shouldn't be in the job.

I have been a customer of Rogers for over 20 years and I went into this location to purchase a new iPhone.Yiane helped me and made the process so smooth and easy. He’s the only employee out of all of the Rogers stores I have been in throughout the years that sat down and took the time to explain the billing process to me, financing the phone, and my different options. He was so nice and patient with me. I was even in the store past closing time and I never felt pressured to hurry up, he didn’t seem annoyed I was there late. He actually continued to look into another question about my home Internet I had. (After all my purchasing and setting up of my new iPhone was completed) thanks yiane!!!!!!

We went to this store with employees who took way to long. One named romil was inconsiderate of us waiting an hour and a half. We only wanted to return cable the box since we were cancelling the subscription. He was helping a customer over an hour which was to long and could of easily helped us out would literally take 2 minutes. The other employee was dealing with customers for an hour and half the whole time we were waiting and did not even consider there were others waiting to long. They both were moving as if they is nobody waiting on them. Very poor customer service. If I could give 0 star I would. Do not come to this location at all. Inconsiderate employees who will not take any blame for taking excessive time to help customers.
