The Shahi Paneer Pizza at City South Pizza is a unique twist on a classic pizza. The pizza crust was crispy on the outside and had a nice chewy texture on the inside. The sauce had a mild, creamy flavor with a hint of spice. The paneer was tender and flavorful, and the chunks were generously spread across the pizza.

It was good to be greeted and served by the owner itself, it happens rarely. I have ordered an Indian styled pizza, got complimentary dips by the owner and it tasted amazing. Must try.

I recently ordered pizza and garlic bread from this local pizza place and had a disappointing experience. When I went to pick up my order, they didn't have it ready and couldn't find it for a while. Eventually, they admitted they had given it away to someone else by mistake and had to make it again. As a result, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. I asked the staff to discount my order due to the extra time and inconvenience, but they weren't willing to offer anything. They said they'd give me a free dip but they didn't even put the dip in my box.The customer service was really poor and unresponsive to my concerns. The food itself wasn't that great either. The pizza was okay but the garlic bread was undercooked and too soft.

The pizza is fine… that is the saddest part about this place because everything else is an utter mess. I’ve ordered here three times and each time without fail they have forgotten one of my pizzas. They then refuse to provide any sort of refund or credit and make me wait in store for fifteen minutes while they insist the pizza will only take 5 more minutes to bake. Along with the high prices, it’s overall not a good experience.

Was excited to try this new pizza joint but my experience with Anurag while placing the pickup order was horrible. I had ordered the large family deal and also wanted to order the walk in special. He told me I have to come in and place the order, meaning once I pick up my food then I can put a order in for the walk in special, which will require another 20 min wait. Ended up canceling my order and Anurag was more then happy to cancel my order.

I have been a fan of City South for many years, but I tried the Castle Oaks location for the first time. Tandoori chicken pizza was simply great, as always. My order was ready on time, and since I was running late, I even received a reminder phone call. I was served by Vicky, who is polite and professional. Overall, it was a great experience!!!

Today, I had the pleasure of ordering Tandoori Chicken Pizza along with wings for the second time from this establishment, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The pizza and wings were exceptionally fresh and delicious.I want to extend my appreciation to Vicky, the staff member who took my order. He was incredibly sweet and welcoming, ensuring that my experience was enjoyable from the start. His friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer.Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Aman, the individual responsible for making the pizza. Aman did an amazing job preparing the Tandoori Chicken Pizza to perfection. The flavors were well-balanced, and the crust was cooked to an ideal level of crispiness.Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with my order and the service provided by Vicky and Aman. I highly recommend trying their Tandoori Chicken Pizza and wings. Their attention to freshness, exceptional customer service, and culinary expertise make for a delightful experience.
