Facility is absolutely spotless. I love their dedication to maintaining a hygienic environment (they use a new package of tools for every client). My nails looked beautiful as they put great care and time into them. Online booking easy. Discount when you pay in cash. Definitely my new go-to spot for nails.

I have been coming to Nailsense exclusively for almost 10 years. The space is clean and tidy and the big massage chairs are the best. They consistently have movies playing while you get your nails done and the staff are friendly and do a good job. Lots of colours to choose from for both shellac and regular polish.

I worked here , 90 percent of the staff is underpaid and overworked . And also don’t get paid overtime . We are not allowed to talk to or have a conversation with our customers. If we were late , the owner would deduct 1$ for each minute we came to work late....so if your late half an hour , believe it or not , half your pay cheque is deducted .I’m glad I left and many of the old staff left and found a better shop to work at and getting paid what we all should be getting paid

The worst experience!! The worst nails I've ever had done. The French is not done right its missing white in spots and no base

I've gotten my nails done a number of times here and every time the staff do an amazing job. They make sure everything is perfect. The salon is always very clean and organized, even when I visited before COVID. Would recommend for sure!

Nailsense has been my go-to nail salon for a decade, for a reason. Their top-notch technicians are some of the most skilled in the city.On the wall, a TV shows a muted movie with subtitles on if you just want to stare at it for an hour, a charging station for your phone, or just sit back and enjoy their pedicure massage chairs.Nailsense is not the least expensive salon in the city, but by no means is it the most expensive either. It runs at about average for a $40 shellac manicure, but with service above average, and generally consistent, I would rather put my money on Nailsense.The excessive ‘chatting’ that many people refer to about nail salons is very much kept to a minimum here.I really don’t believe you will leave Nailsense disappointed. Unlike many other salons, this place works to ensure that you leave - and remain - a happy customer.

It's a great place for a pedicure and manicure. Prices are reasonable. Facility is clean. Uses sterilized tools. Will open new set in front of clients. Staff speaks limited English, but service is good. Reservations are best. Parking on Yonge Street is a challenge.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 5+ years and in the last two months have been treated in the most disrespectful and shocking manner.Mr. Tien is a terrible person who does not have any inclination of how to treat loyal, long standing clients.He believes that it is valid to cancel a manicure appointment booked four weeks in advance due to an unexpected traffic delay of 15mins, he also believes that appointments can be rescheduled/changed/modified without speaking to clients first and that if said client does not accept the changes, requesting for their appointment to stay the way they booked it, then they are being difficult" and "cause stress" to his team.Horrendous customer service."
