In my honest opinion, without a doubt, this is the BEST local cell phone repair shop in Northeast Scarborough - probably even in all of Toronto and the GTA. The owner and her staff are professional, kindhearted, and they do great work.I recently brought two cell phones for them to repair: one was suffering from a hardware issue (the back housing was badly damaged) and the other was suffering from a software issue (where the device wouldn't unlock or go into recovery more and needed to be flashed). They were able to fix the hardware issue right on the spot in less than 20 minutes; the other they asked for more time so they could do the better job and I am glad they did. When I went to go pick up my phone the next day, it was essentially made brand new again.All in all, I would highly recommend their services to anyone. In fact, I already have started to spread the word about them.

Amazing place I once again I got another phone fixed by Meena. This girl's so awesome that she even sacrificed her own phone to fix my Samsung S21 because I'm from out of town. She's very accommodating such a delight talking to and doesn't mind that you sit there and watch her fix your phone. One of the best repair shops I have been to! Very friendly staff that had very competitive prices. The service was excellent and done so quickly that I barely had time to finish my lunch. I even got a new case and skin with my new phone screen/battery.

Incredibly fast and HONEST service! Initially I thought my iPhone screen required a replacement, but actually the battery was so swollen that it made the screen pop out. Since I didn’t need a screen replacement after all, I saved about $70 - another repair shop might not have been honest in pointing out that I just needed a battery replacement to fix the issue at half the cost. I also got two charger cables for $5, which is such a bargain! Highly recommend this business. Thanks so much!
