I have to use Budget for work and have found the customer service extremely disappointing every time I have dealt with this location. They rarely answer the phone and don't inspect their vehicles for cleanliness (I have to go out on my own and report issues with the car if I want them to keep them on file). They also do not ever send me a receipt if I drop the car off after hours - I always have to call and request one. All that said, I have to use them for work but would never consider them for my own personal use.

Use this location as a first choice regularly as I use veh rentals regularly through my work. The site always meets my varying rental needs. The guy I always deal with is great also. No complaints at all.

Fast convenient and extremely accommodating on rental extension. Jhee was fantastic and was able to get me into an affordable, upscale vehicle. Highly Recommended. Will absolutely rent from Jhee at the Tudor Glen storefront again.

They have their business inside NorthStar Hyundai in Edmonton. I reserved a vehicle to use while mine is being serviced and twice now a promised vehicle that I reserved a week in advance was not available and ready for me and I had to wait more than 30 minutes while they went back to St. Albert to get one. I drive in from St. Paul and after a 2 hr drive the last thing I need is to wait!!

Great customer service. Associate on site ensured and did his best to not just accomodate our request but went well above and beyond to ensure me and my family was satisfied with the car. Car we got was brand new and just under 1500kms. I have rented with them in St Albert multiple times and every time they have a nice new and clean car for us. 100% recommended for your rental needs. Keep up the great work Budget St.Albert.

I've rented cars countless times over the years, and this location is the most efficiently run. The gentleman who manages and operates this location, Gagandeep, is remarkably accommodating and makes the process seamless and painless when I need to rent a vehicle, to the point that I'd actually rather show up in person to deal directly with him to schedule a rental rather than do it over the phone with the advisor at the remote call center.Thank you Gee, you have earned a 5 full stars, and a permanent customer.

I've rented from this location several times. Most of the time everything has gone well, but they have been out of the car type I reserved. I always make reservations days in advance, so it shouldn't be an issue to have the car type I need. I rent cars for road trips to keep the mileage off my own vehicle and always rent cars with good fuel economy so I do not want an upgrade to a gas guzzler.
