The food was good, but it was a bit pricy. Had the buffalo salad and it was a bit too spicy, but my husband enjoyed his meal.

Always used to come to this Freshii to get a Buddha's Satay bowl with tofu because it was better than any other location. Sadly, I ordered my usual from this location today and it was so disappointing :( My bowl had no spicy peanut sauce and not as much tofu as it used to. The tofu also used to be sweet and delicious but this tofu had absolutely no flavour. In addition, the bowl has gone up in price. I would be willing to pay the higher price if it was just as good but not if corners are being cut.

I ordered their pangoa bowl for lunch with chicken breast..only to realize the chicken was uncooked and an odd texture. I ate a few pieces but it was too horrid I had to pick the rest out. I’ve never experienced such an atrocity and now I’m currently suffering from food poisoning, day 2. They took a while to serve me but honestly take 30 minutes if you have to because no one wants to experience this! The bowl was also poorly constructed. Wish I worked closer to the Waterloo location(s), I’ve NEVER had any complaints. Train your afternoon staff or something! I really don’t want to be completely negative so I will say the customer service was pleasant, very friendly acknowledgement and wished me a nice day.

Horrible! I was charge for an order i canceled because I had it delivered to the wrong address BUT immediately re ordered it to the right address but was still charged for the order I canceled literally seconds after I ordered it. Oh and they even got the new order wrong!!!

Kind of disappointed, I’ve been to a lot of freshii’s but this one was really cheap on quantity, definitely won’t be returning. Especially if you’re spending $20 on a bowl

First time coming in and it was okay. We got the cob salad and was impressed that the chicken actually had flavour, I just really didn't like the prices for the little amount we received. I feel the bowls should have been filled to the top for those prices. And it was an okay experience staff was friendly but the place looked dirty in the smaller details. If I need something healthy on the go I probably would come here BUT I much rather go somewhere else.

Perfect and sizable portions for the price, I went in at 5pm on a Tuesday and service was very quick! Ingredients look and taste very fresh! If you're looking for a healthy quick eats alternative, I definitely recommend this one! Staff was very friendly and outgoing to top it off!
