We worked with BlueKey to purchase our first home under some very stressful and trying circumstances, which started while we were living out of province and preparing to move back to the island. We simultaneously worked with them to also sell my in-laws house as they were due to move into our in-law apartment, which came with a very specific list of requirements. We had many financial hurdles as a result of the pandemic, and delicate timing issues with the buying and selling process but our agent was patient and understanding. The office staff worked well together to support us at different times to work around our chaotic schedules. My partner and I listed and sold with this company. After promises made and not follow through with I can’t say I’m to impressed with this company. Too many misunderstandings that they made seem like our fault.After making 15k in commissions from the sale and purchase they never even gave us a simple house gift like ever other realtor I had.
