This company used to be called or goes under the same name Empire Party Rental". This guy is shady. We had the chairs picked

had these people set up a tent for my wedding , told them we needed them early the day before to set the tent up and they said if we paid in full that day, that wed have it early. the day before the wedding they call and ask if they could come late and we said no we needed it now and then proceeded to tell me they never agreed on a time frame. they bring the tent wich was all dirty with moldy spots here and there, shorted us on the side walls that we paid for and they charged 300 dollars extra because they had to have someone out here to watch the tent over night which no one ever came and we were there late both nights. they were told to come get the tent, chairs and tables mid day the day after so we could get our decorations down but they felt the need to come the day after at 4AM, clear the tables by throwing everything on the ground, took the food and desserts we had boxed and left over on the side, dumped all the ashtrays on the floor and to top that off, they pulled up extension cords from the ground the property put in just to finally help hemselves into the propertys offices to plug in the portable bathrooms we rented elsewhere so they could use it. when we called and complained they told us we were liars and that never happened and that security was there the whole time. they were so loud that the woman at the offices accused us of coming back at 4am to party after they closed and didnt want to give a deposit back because of the damages this company made.

I hired Anthony's Party Rentals to do my daughter's engagement party. I was more than satisfied with the service I received. His staff was very professional when they arrived and when they picked up their tables, chairs and other belongings.Everything I rented was in a-one condition and I will recommend this company to my family and friends.Thank you to Anthony and his staff.Julie LeValley

I had reserved and placed a down payment with Anthony's Party Rental for my son's graduation party. As expected, I paid for a portion upfront on the contract. The woman I was dealing with was very polite and helpful but what happened with the actual delivery of my tent, table and chairs, nearly RUINED our party. We received a call saying that our equipment would be out on Thursday night, our party was scheduled for Saturday. On Friday we called asking where the equipment was and we were told it was on its way. The truck arrived about 9:30 PM and the crew worked hard to put things up in the dark. Early the next morning we went out to set up the table and chairs. The chairs were absolutely horrible!!! I had paid for an upgrade to white chairs and what a huge disappointment. They were so dirty! The tent was also dirty and had small holes in it. I was told that I would be able to fit 10 chairs around the round tables which I could only fit 8, so it cut down on my seating and I had to pay for the extra chairs which I couldn't even use. I immediately called and emailed Anthony, Anthony answered the call and gave me the story that he had his equipment stolen and had to contract another company to handle my equipment. Our down payment and final check was made to Anthony's Party Rental and instead of Anthony taking care of the problem he directed me to call the company he called upon to fulfill the order. He did not take care of us, as his customer, and passed the responsiblity. The customer service representative of this other company was not accommodating saying I was lucky to have anything! There was not a denial that the chairs were old and dirty.(I have pictures and sent them to Anthony's.) The crew putting up and taking down my equipment could not deny the condition of the equipment and were empathic. The crew came back to put in the correct poles up on the day of the party and were instructed to hose off the chairs, which they left without doing. My family spent more than an hour and a half on the day of the party scrubbing with SOS pads and cleaning and drying the chairs, tables, and tents so we could graciously receive our over 200 guests. The crew delivering and picking up the equipment stated that Anthony's had overbooked and asked them for this favor. I had booked my equipment well in advance, it was not a last minute reservation. There was no discount, follow-up or apology. Anthony did nothing but direct me to handle his customer service.

I just had my annual pig roasting party that I have been doing for the past 3 years now. Every year I have gone back to Anthonys Party Rentals, they always have the best price and the best service, always on time. I rent two tents, one big for the party, and one small for the keg and drinks. I also get tables and chairs for my guests. This past year I also rented the slush machine and popcorn machine for later, which was a HUGE success. I'll definitely be calling again next year!!
