We were looking for a company vehicle and Lord came recommended to us, glad we went there. Purchased a vehicle from them in really nice shape, the customer service was excellent and the truck came with a two year warranty. It was delivered clean, and when they said it would be. Very impressed with the team at Lord Automobile Ltd. Did not feel like a typical used car experience. Would highly recommend the team and particularly Terek who helped us. You could tell he really cared about getting people in a car they loved with no pressure.

I bought a car from here, when speaking to the salesman he made me feel very reassured that the car was in good shape. I paid a lot for the car considering it’s age and mileage so I stupidly assumed it’d be good to go. The day I took it home I started to notice issues with the power steering. I took it to the mechanic who they used to safety it and they tried to tell me an entire unrelated part needs to be replaced — got 3 other opinions and turns out I was right, it was the power steering pump. Not sure if it’s because they didn’t safety it properly or what but I don’t trust them so I have to take it to my own mechanic. Shouldn’t have even been able to drive it off the lot with a faulty power steering component. Look under the car, bumper’s being held together by zip ties, barely hanging on by a thread. Look for the spare tire, there is none. Check the transmission fluid, it’s brown and needs to be replaced. Overall, if you get a car from here, bring someone mechanically inclined with you because they will not be up front about any issues and you will end up hundreds or thousands more in the hole.

My car died unexpectedly and I needed a replacement quickly. Tarek was understanding and got me into a test drive presto. His explanation of the car and options was complete. Delivery was rapide. I got a good car at a fair price. I recommend him for a no pressure easy transaction.

Crazy time to be buying a used car but had a very good experience with Tarek who did not pressure me in any way and was up front and honest about the car. The car is older but looks and runs great. Had an issue with the brakes very shortly after taking it home but they arranged to have it fixed with no fuss or muss.

Fareed was really helpful and patient as we figured out some things that were specific to my needs; he also recommended someone great for insurance and talked through some of my concerns about buying a used car.

We just purchased a 2007 Ford F150 from Lord automobile limited. This is such a great find and low Km’s and in Amazing shape! At our first visit we waited 35 minutes to talk to a sales associate since nobody was there for a test drive. We loved the vehicle and made arrangements to pick up the vehicle a few days later. We drove from Kitchener area to Oakville both times. When we arrived to get the vehicle at a prearranged time it had not been washed or detailed inside. The plates were not on it as well. The salesman said he would get it prepared in just a little over an hour. We went for a coffee came back and it still had not been washed! The sales associate told us that it had rained and that’s why it looks that way. (it clearly was not washed!) also he blamed the detailing company for its appearance. so it at the end of the day we got a good deal but not happy about the cleanliness of the vehicle.

I had great service when purchasing and am overall happy about the purchase. I took the car into a Mercedes dealer for new tires this spring. When they removed the rim they noticed that there was a RIGHT control arm on the LEFT side. It was installed upside down so it could be used. The new wear marks indicate it was done recently. I am not sure if Lord Auto knew about it, or if they were fooled by whoever they bought it from. Either way, it was done intentionally by someone. If it had been left alone it would have caused a serious failure and an accident. I realize it is my problem now ($1000 repair) but just wanted the involved parties to know about it.
