Great Service! Well Priced! When they say they will have a product ready for a specific date, they do what they need to to make it happen. Many vendors that I have had dealings with in the past, when under pressure. Don't respond to emails, or even pick up the phone. Maxam doesn't. They face it head on, continue the dialog, and get er' done!

Great customer service, I got the access panels I needed just by walking in and asking for them. They had what I needed in stock as they make them there. This keeps the price down. The lady at the front was lovely but I can't remember her name. I think her family runs the business. I was looking at a way higher price and two weeks delivery time from another manufacturer.From now on I will just drive there and get what I need. I am a commercial construction superintendent and I often need access panels, so these guys are a god send.They also make custom sizes if you need such you can give them a call.

I needed a 16 by 16 fire rated hatch door ASAP, called on Friday and had it from Maxam Metal on Monday! Very pleased they had one in stock and I was able to complete my job quickly. It was cheaper than I expected, which is always a bonus.
