This is simply the best pharmacy. The pharmacist knows the names of all my family members and keeps up on their prescriptions. They use encrypted Whatsapp for super easy communication. They have even taken the time to research medications when I was having trouble finding one that worked. They also do vaccines and wear masks, I love their personal service and dedication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND switching to Spark Pharmacy.

This review is for their new medical clinic. I’m extremely disappointed with them. They scheduled an intake by phone with one of their doctors and changed the doctor last minute. I never received a call from the doctor at the scheduled time, so I called reception an hour later and she said the doctor is always running behind and that I’ll be contacted soon. I was never called or followed up with. This was 2 days ago and still nothing. Completely unprofessional, disorganized and poorly-run clinic. Do not waste your time.

Spark saved us when we couldn't find a specific antibiotic for our child anywhere else, and helped us so quickly with a complex prescription transfer and guaranteeing availability.
