Rideau Valley Imaging - Ultrasound & X-Ray

Other than getting in right away this was a terrible experience. I wanted to make a recording my phone and the tech said you don’t need to I will send you everything. I didn’t get to see a single imagine until I got home and signed into the portal. I got to hear the heart beat for all of 2 seconds and that was missing from the uploads. When I was leaving I asked for a print out (remember I hadn’t even seen an imagine at this point) for the receptionist said that for confidentiality reasons they are no longer providing print out and that I could print it myself. This how they treated me as a first time mother so I can’t even imagine how they treat other patients. If you can go elsewhere I would recommend the longer trip.
