Simon Sushi has been one of the two go to sushi restaurants for me over the past 7 years of being in Langley. The value for the money far surpasses the other restaurants in the area. Their rolls are not quite as fancy or pretty as some of the others but the taste is there and the quality is also.The restaurant is nice and the staff are friendly. The parking... can be a little tight now that they've added the Road Safety Police.To be able to get a dinner combo with salmon sashimi and prawn tempura for ~$20 is the best value in the region.

We've recently moved to the area and have really been enjoying Simon Sushi. While there are good sushi restaurants in the area I think it's pretty safe to say that it's our new preferred spot! It's delicious, fresh, and a great price. A must try!

I understand the price increase on the menu but why make the rolls so much smaller. If ur gonna raise the price keep the roll size. Might have to go try a new place now. Really liked this place b4.

We ordered some sushi for take out in this restaurant base on the good reviews . We ordered the chopped scallops roll , dynamite, roll, BC roll and assorted deluxe sashimi .Unfortunately none of the foods reach the industry standard , the shrimp in the dynamite roll was oily soggy and really tiny .The salmon skin in the BC roll covered with a thick layer of the oily deep fried batter . It tasted weird and badThe assorted deluxe sashimi was not fresh at all and I can not even tell which fish was if I don’t looked at it when I eat it , the tuna doesn’t tasted like tuna and salmon doesn’t taste like salmon at all , it’s not fresh at all and it make me sick for the day and next day .Maybe they don’t understand how important a meal could mean so much because people are looking forward to have delicious food after a long day of work , a restaurant in the city even mean more than the restaurants , its representing the city of Langley as well .It’s was very disappointing to spent money and eating the food like this .There no happy feeling after having the meal but a sick body and feeling being ripped off .

Great sushi and service. There are plenty of options on their menu including sushi, bento boxes, and noodles.I ordered the Spicy Crispy Dome roll and Yam California roll.The Spicy Crispy Dome roll was sweet, a little spicy, and had bits of toasted breadcrumbs on top that added the perfect crunchy texture to the sushi. I thought it was pretty great. The Yam California roll was pretty good too, it was a regular California roll with yam slices on top. The service was excellent too.I look forward to coming back for more!

We were looking for a sushi place close by since our usual place had changed owners. Oh man, we wish we knew about Simon Sushi earlier since we've lived in the neighbourhood for 4+ years. Almost weekly, we have been ordering take-out from them for months due to Covid-19. They're usually busy with lots of pick-up orders since they're popular. Expect 20 - 40 minutes when you call before dinner rush.We dined in for the first time and went around 7:30pm on Saturday and it was just my family of three dining in. The owners are super nice and friendly. They remember us every time by first name. I enjoy getting the dinner box C combo since there's more than enough food to feed me and my toddler. The quality of fish is fresh since there's no fishy smell for my salmon and tuna sashimi and nigiri. The prawn tempura batter is fluffy and crispy to my liking. The prices are fair. We highly recommend them.

This is one of my favourite sushi restaurants. The prices are reasonable, the quality is great, and the portion sizes are perfect. The staff are always super friendly and the entire place is very clean and comfortable.
