We purchased a hot-tub during lockdown.. the wrong size for our family and the staff were so helpful at assisting us to obtain the right product. Now that we have it we are so appreciative of the support the staff and the quality of our amazing soft tub.

I bought my pool from Steve's in June of 2013 and had them install it and tell me how to get it up and running.This pool is salt water and I have relied on Steve's to help me keep my pool running at it's best.I follow the instructions that they provide and have NEVER been led astray. In the summers I have had this pool I have only had one episode of algae and with their help it was cleared up very quickly. Steve's gives me instructions on how to close it and how to open it in the spring and it has opened crystal clear every year. I have bought chemicals online, at other outlets and at Steve's; I have found the chemicals that I bought elsewhere may have been cheaper to buy but I had to use more of them, so in the long run I did not save enough to make it worth my while to not buy from Steve's. I also found that I could ask any question no matter how silly it seemed to me and I was never made to feel stupid about it.Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a clean organized store, plenty of pool supplies and accessories and advice on keeping your pool swim ready what more can I say. I have nothing but good things to say about Steve's pools and would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase or learn to maintain a pool. I would give them more than five stars if it was possible

This place isn't bad. They have some pretty good sized pools. It's worth the visit.

I was sold a replacement filter for my pool that did not fit- when I tried to return it they told me they knew it didn’t fit and to SHAVE OFF some of the plastic myself to make it fit…needless to say they have lost my business.

Should have went with McBurneys. We had the pool installed by professionals. When it was installed, the liner had a hole in it. When we contacted Carolyn at Steves, she accused us of putting the hole in it! Horrible customer service! I see why people go to other places!

Dont think it's worth the bother. Order anything you might need online form other sources because you'll get the same customer care from them.If your not buying a whole brand new pool they arent very helpfulEdit: I WAS a customer, ridiculous how ignorant you really are.I purchased all my chemicals from you, hoses, a brand new liner, and many other supplies.But I guess you've already got my money so they jokes on me isnt it.,

Steve's Pools and Spas has made our swimming pool dreams come true!Their professionalism, knowledge and service is the very best! So impressed with the installation of our new pool.
